SIL 分级目标量的定义
首先SIL 分级起始于安全相关系统的分配。

Definition of the target values of the SIL-class
First of all the SIL-classification is stated, in which the safety related system (SRS) is to be deployed. The target class is derived from th e risk analysis of the plant (see Appendix 2). SIL 4 should be avoided (see IEC 61508-1, Para 9.3)
