As we know , what we keep doing every day is very important for us to achieve our goals . That ' s why I keep reading every day no matter how busy I am . I usually spend about one hour a day reading my favorite books and I often share what I read with my friends . Honestly speak - ing , reading not only brings me knowledge , but also teach - es me how to get on well with others and how to be a better person

我非常高兴地今天在这里做演讲！我演讲的题目是一件我每天坚持的事情。

我们都知道，我们每天坚持做的事情对我们来说完成我们的目标是很重要的，那就是无论我每天是多么地繁忙，我会坚持读书。

我常常一天花费大约一个小时读我最喜欢的书，并且我常常与我的朋友分享我读的内容。

诚实来讲，读书不仅带给我知识，而且教我们如何与其他人相处，并如何成为一个更好的人。
