【摘要】目的：探究心房起搏比率（AP%）对病态窦房结综合征患者起搏器术后
心房颤动发生的影响。

方法选取2012年6月~2015年6月间我院因病窦综合征
植入双腔起搏器，同时术前无心房颤动病史的患者73例。

在患者术后的1、3、6、12个月时分别进行随访，对患者的AP%、心室起搏比率（VP%）、心房高频事
件（AHRE）的发作日期及时长等进行收集。

心房颤动定义为起搏器记录到AHRE ＞5min。

结果三组患者在高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病等方面的差异不明显（P＞0.05），心房颤动对比结果差异明显（P＜0.05），同时发现AP≥60%、高血压、左心房增大是患者术后心房颤动发生的独立危险因素。

结论 AP%与患者起搏器术
后心房颤动的发生有所关联，AP%≥60%、高血压及左心房增大为患者术后心房
颤动的独立危险因素。

%Objective To investigate the influence of percentage of atrial pacing (AP%) on the development of atrial fibrillation after pacemaker implantation in patients with sick sinus syndrome. Methods A total of 73 patients who underwent dual-chamber pacemaker implantation in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 and did not have the medical history of atrial fibrillation before surgery were enrolled. The patients were followed up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery, and the data on AP%, percentage of ventricular pacing (VP%), and time of onset and duration of
atrial high-rate event (AHRE) were collected. Atrial fibrillation was defined as AHRE >5 min recorded by the pacemaker. Results There were no significant differences in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes between the three groups (P 0.05), and there was a significant difference in atrial fibrillation results between the three groups (P<0.05). It was found
th at the AP% ≥60%, hypertension, and left atrial enlargement were independent risk factors for the development of atrial fibrillation after surgery. Conclusion AP%is associated with the development of atrial fibrillation after pacemaker implantation, and AP%≥60%, hypertension, and left atrial enlargement are independent risk factors for atrial fibrillation after surgery.
