心理学上有个理论叫“自我损耗”。

人生是一个删繁就简的过程，必须从心里摒弃对物的欲念，思考自我真正的需求。
当你蹭一堂不计学分但你感兴趣的课，当你不再汲汲于富贵，不再戚戚于声名，当你走一段别人不曾走过但你认为风光无限的路，蓦然回首，你会发现，原来简约地生活，才能活出生命的质量，才能从容、充实地享受美好的人生！⑦让我们再整理一下淘宝购物车吧，不要再成为物品的附庸；上课时忘掉我们的朋友圈吧，别人的生活与我们没多少关系。
