為慶祝中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會(貿仲委)香港仲裁中心的設立，並推動商界更廣泛使用仲裁服務，中國國際貿易促進委員會和香港律政司聯同中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會和香港貿易發展局將於二零一二年九月二十四日合辦仲裁研討會，講者包括香港和內地的法官，以及貿仲委的代表。

這次研討會是一個良機，讓與會者加深了解藉仲裁解決爭議，尤其是跨境的爭議所涉及的問題。

I nauguration Ceremony of the CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Centre
and the Conference on Arbitration
on 24 September 2012
To mark the inauguration of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Hong Kong Arbitration Centre and to promote greater use of arbitration services among the business community, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Department of Justice of the HKSAR together with the CIETAC and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council will co-organise a conference on arbitration on 24 September 2012.
The speakers at the conference will include judges from Hong Kong and the Mainland, as well as representatives of CIETAC. This will be a good opportunity to better understand arbitration as a means in resolving disputes and issues concerning cross border disputes.
