【摘要】目的对我院应用PDCA循环管理防治肾病患者动静脉内瘘并发症的方法及效果进行报道.方法 2010年3月至2014年2月间行维持性血液透析并出现动静脉瘘并发症患者46例,根据病例首次透析时间分为两组,PDCA组和对照组各23例,对照组采用常规管理方法,谨遵人工血管内瘘的相关护理内容实施临床护
理.PDCA组在对照组的护理基础上,于整个管理过程中融入PDCA理念和方法.结果PDCA组血管内瘘并发症发生率5.7％,对照组为13.9％,两组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).PDCA组患者满意度为96.4％,对照组为73.9％,两组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症应用PDCA循环管理法进行护理实践,有利于综合提高临床护理质量,减少并发症发生率,获得更高的患者满意度.%Objective To report the method and effect of PDCA cycle management preventing from internal arteriovenous fistula complications of patients with nephropathy.Methods From March 2010 to February 2014,there were 46 patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis with arteriovenous fistula complications.According to the case for the first time,the patients were divided into PDCA and control groups with 23 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional management methods based on nursing content with
artificial vascular fistula clinical nursing.Patients in PDCA group were combined with PDCA idea and method based on nursing of control group.Results Rate of complications of vascular fistula in PDCA group was 5.7％,and was 13.9％ in control group,there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜0.01).Patients satisfaction was 96.4％ in PDCA group,and was 73.9％ in control group,there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle management method in the arteriovenous fistula complications of patients with hemodialysis is benefit to improving the comprehensive quality of clinical nursing,reducing the incidence of complications and getting higher patient satisfaction.
