【摘要】Objective:Investigate the effects of rosuvastatin on ankle-brachial index ( ABI ) and pulse wave velocity ( PWV ) in patients with hypertension in the elderly .Methods:77 cases of mild to moderate senile patients with newly diagnosed hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,Serum lipid ,blood pressure ,ABI and PWV changes were compared between the two groups 12 weeks later .Results :After 12 weeks ,serum TC ,LDL-C levels decreased significantly compared with the basic value and the control group (P<0 .05 ) ,the level of HDL-C increased significantly (P<0 .05 );Two groups of patients with SBP ,DBP and PWV compared to the baseline values decreased (P<0 .05 ) ,ABI is the basic value increased in different degrees (P<0 .05 );Compared with the control group ,SBP、DBP and PWV decreased significantly and the ABI elevated more obviously of the rosuvastatin treatment group
( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Rosuvastatin treatment improved serum lipid profile of the elderly hypertensive patients , as well as reduced the patient's blood pressure ,PWV but elevated ABI thus improved artery elastic function .%目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压患者踝臂指数（ABI）及脉搏波速度（PWV）的影响。

方法：77例新诊断的轻中度老年高血压患者，随机
分为对照组和治疗组，12周后，比较两组患者血脂、血压、ABI及 PWV 的变化
差异。

结果：12周后治疗组血清TC、LDL-C水平较基础值及对照组明显下降（P ＜0．05），HDL-C水平明显升高（P＜0．05）；两组患者 SBP、DBP及 PWV 均较基础值有不同程度的降低（P＜0．05），ABI较基础值有不同程度的升高（P ＜0．05）；与对照组比较，瑞舒伐他汀治疗组 SBP、DBP及 PWV 降低的程度
及 ABI升高的程度均更为明显（P＜0．05）。

结论：瑞舒伐他汀治疗在改善老年高血压患者血脂谱的同时，可进一步降低患者的血压，升高 ABI ，降低 PWV ，
改善动脉弹性及功能。
