【摘要】目的探讨维生素C、维生素E对染铅大鼠心脏活动的影响.方法 (1)铅中毒对大鼠心电图的影响:SD健康大鼠40只,随机分为5组,空白组大鼠自由饮用去离子水4周;铅模型组、维生素C、维生素E和维生素C+E组大鼠自由饮用醋酸铅(去离子水配制而成)4周,然后测量血铅浓度和心电图; (2)维生素C、维生素E 对实验性铅中毒大鼠心脏活动的影响:大鼠染铅4周后以维生素C 100 mg/kg、维生素E 100 mg/kg剂量单独或联合灌胃1周、测量血铅浓度和心电图.结果 (1)铅中毒引起大鼠心率减慢和PR间期延长; (2)维生素C、维生素E对实验性铅中毒大鼠心电图的异常改变有改善作用.结论铅中毒对大鼠心脏有损害作用;补充维生素C、维生素E可降低染铅大鼠血铅浓度,改善铅导致的心脏损伤.%Objective To study the effect of VitC, VitE on the cardiac function of lead poisoning rats. Methods (1) The effect of lead poisoning on electrocardiogram of rats: 40 SD rats were divided randomly into 5 groups. Blank group, drinking deionized water freely for 4 weeks, lead control group, vitamin C group, vitamin E group and vitamin C+E group, drinking lead acetate for four weeks, after which, the concentration of lead in blood and electrocardiogram were measured. (2) The effect of VitC, VitE on the cardiac function in lead poisoning rats: After 4 weeks, the lead poisoning rats were fed by Vitamin C 100 mg/kg, Vitamin E 100 mg/kg or vitamin C
(100 mg/kg) and vitamin E (100 mg/kg) , then the blood concentration of lead and electrocardiogram were measured. Results (1) In lead poisoning rats, the heart rate was slower and the PR interphase was longer than control group. (2) Vitamin C or Vitamin E improved the unnormal electrocardiogram of lead poisoning rats. Conclusions The cardiac function is damaged in lead poisoning rats. Supplied with Vitamin C or Vitamin E can lower blood lead level and decrease the injury of heart in lead poisoing rats.
