摘
要：在新课程教学改革不断发展推行的今天，如何建设高效课堂，充分挖掘学生潜力，培养学生综合能力，促进学生全面成长
成为当下中学教育的主要研究课题。

以高中生物为例，由于学生个体差异，学习情况大不相同，因材施教就显得极为重要。

以此为出发点，简单探讨了因材施教教学对高中生物课堂教学的影响和重要意义。

关键词：高中生物；因材施教；教学策略
在新课程教学改革中明确地提出，
学生才是课堂教学的主人，教师则应该以引导者的身份引导学生学习，
从而达到提高学生自身能力的目的，然而在实际教学过程中，由于学生之前存在个体差异，不论在接受新知识还是对于知识的运用上都有一定的差距，应弥补这种差距使之不会进一步扩大，从而实现高效教学的目标。

一、教学方式：对学生分层
实行因材施教教学策略，首先要对学生采取适当的教学方式，笔者认为个体差异的存在主要是由于学生在学习过程中，学习能力的差距使得学生在基础知识的学习上出现了知识记忆不牢固，运用困难的现象。

因此，在实际教学过程中，要采取分层教学的方式，尤其是针对高中生物这种抽象性学科，
更应如此。

二、教学内容：
实事求是教师在实际教学过程中，不能盲目进行教学，要根据各班学生实际学习的能力制定学习内容，对于比较深涩难懂的知识，要适当地进行放弃，着重加强对于基础知识的学习，例如人教版教材中对于遗传一章，只强调基因显性、隐性、遗传等基础知识，实事求是地开展教学。

三、教学评价：
优化改革传统的教学评价方式依然是当下教育教学的主要评价方式，但是这种仅仅通过成绩来评价学生能力的评价方式既不科学，也不合理。

因此，优化改革教学评价平时，要从根本入手，针对学生的日常行为表现、课堂活跃程度以及成绩的综合表现作为评价基础，实现合理科学评价的同时，也是对学生自身的一种肯定。

因材施教教学策略是根据新课程教学改革而实行的全新的教学方式，通过这种教学方式，能够缩短学生个体差距，增强学生的自信心，提高学生的学习兴趣，并且通过因材施教，能够及时解决学生在学习过程中暴露出的问题并加以解决，真正实现高效的教学，达到培养全面发展的人才的目的。
