论中国发展协商民主的政治意义及现实路径选择

【摘要】近年来，随着中国改革开放的不断深化，各种利益群体的诉求多元化发展，人们的民主法治意识不断增强，以理性讨论、平等协商为主要方式的协商民主受到人们的广泛关注，成为一种迎合了社会需求的新的民主形式，同时它也是有效缓解政治分歧，达成政治共识的方法和途径。

探讨协商民主在中国的发展所具有的政治意义及实现路径对于中国民主政治的建设既具有重要的理论意义，也具有重大的实践意义。

%In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up in China, and the development of various interest groups, people continue to enhance consciousness of democracy and the rule of law. Consultation on the basis of an equal and ra-tional discussion is the main mode of deliberative democracy, which attracts people's extensive concern; therefore, it becomes a new form of democracy to cater to the social demand, at the same time it is also effectively relieve political differences, which is also the methods and ways to achieve political consensus. So the discussion and implementation path for the construction of Chi-nese democracy is not only of great theoretical significance in the development of deliberative democracy, but also has great prac-tical significance.
