香蕉枯萎病区土壤可培养微生物生态特征

【摘要】Twenty-three soil samples infected or not infected by fusarium wilt of banana were collected from banana plantations in Hainan Province. The soil physical and chemical nature, nutrients and amount, groups of culturable microbes from the samples and their relationship were analyzed. The results showed that, ①the soil physical and chemical nature and nutrients had significant difference among different banana plantations, but had no significant correction with banana infection, ②pH value was the key factor effecting soil microbial community structure in banana plantations, ③the amount and groups of bacteria and actinomycetes were obviously less, and the fungal amount was visibly more, but the fungal group had no obvious change in soil that was moderately and seriously infected by banana fusarium wilt, compared with the soil lightly infected or not infected by the pathogen.④two clusters obtained at 80% similarity from the statistic analysis that correlated to the microbial number of moderately to seriously infected and lightly to uninfected soils. It could be concluded that the change of soil microbial amount was a significant characteristic after infected by the banana fusarium wilt.%在海南香蕉种植区采集了23个香蕉枯萎病发病和不发病土壤样品,研究其土壤理化性质、养分含量和
可培养微生物类群及其数量与香蕉枯萎病发病之间的关系.结果表明:①不同蕉园土壤理化性质及养分含量存在较大差异,但与香蕉枯萎病是否发生没有直接的相关性;②士壤pH值是影响蕉园土壤微生物群落结构的主要因素;③香蕉枯萎病危害程度中、重度土壤中可培养细菌和放线菌的种类及数量与危害程度轻度和无危害土壤相比均明显减少,而真菌种类没有明显的改变,数量却明显增加;④土壤微生物数量在约80%的相似性水平上可分为重度和中度发病区与轻度发病或不发病区两大类型.由此推论,土壤微生物数量的改变是香蕉枯萎病发病后的重要特征.
