【摘要】Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of cefixime in treatment of children's bacterial diarrhea.Meth-ods:132 children with bacterial diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given orally SMZ-TMP, and the treatment group was given orally cefixime.Resuits:The duration of fever, the time of dehydration correction and the time of diarrhea disappearance in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group,P<0.01.The improving rate of treatment group was 77.3% significantly higher than that of control group 53.0%,P<0.01.The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was 95.5% significantly higher than that of control group 78.8%,P<0.01, and had few side effects oceurred.Condusion:Cefixime is effect in treating children's bacterial diarrhea, and it has few side effects.%目的:观察头孢克肟治疗小儿细菌性腹泻的疗效和安全性.方法:将132例细菌性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各66例,对照组予复方新诺明口服,治疗组予头孢克肟口服治疗.结果:两组在体温恢复正常、脱水纠正和便次恢复正常的时间上的比较,P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义,治疗组明显短于对照组;治疗组的显效率为77.3%,对照组的显效率为53.0%,两组比较
P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.5%和78.8%,两
者比较P<0.01,差异也有统计学意义,未见明显副作用.结论:头孢克肟治疗小儿细菌性腹泻疗效可靠,副作用少.
