命题教师需逐一写出教师姓名,不得写简称或命题组。

原版试题的打印分三个地点,应用英语系在四楼评建办由许位秀负责,商务英语系和东语系在教务处由冯学敏负责,西语系、公共教学部、社科部在文印室由张小妹负责。

3.试卷的审核。

试题的审核手续和上学期一样,由教师命题后交系(部)审核并填写试卷审批表,然后由系(部)集中送往教务处蒋燕翔老师。

试卷的审核要严格把关,出现错误谁审核谁负责。

系(部)需制作所有科目命题人记录表并登记联系方式,以便出错后迅速查找命题教师及时更正。

4.试卷的送印安排。

所有试题均由系(部)审批后集中送往教务处蒋燕翔老师,原则上不接受个人单独上送印刷试卷。

试卷的送印和印刷过程中需严格保密。

在文印室印制的少量的随堂试卷由系(部)自己取回,严格保管。
