XW09A高性能9键电容式触摸芯片
9通道自校正电容式触摸感应芯片规格书1.概述XW09A是9键的电容式触摸感应芯片,I2C输出模式。
芯片采用SOP16环保封装。
1.1应用◆用于电视机、音响、显示器、玩具等家电和娱乐设备与工业控制设备1.2特点●极高的灵敏度,可穿透13mm的玻璃,感应到手指的触摸●超强的抗干扰和ESD能力,不加任何器件即可通过人体8000v实验●外围电路简单,最少只需一个4.7n电容,芯片即可正常工作●外围寄生电容自动校正●工作电压范围:2.5 ~ 5.5 V●SOP16环保封装1.3封装芯片引脚图1.4管脚定义1.5典型应用1. C1是内部平衡电容,取值范围是1nf~10nf 。
建议使用4.7nf 。
2. CSEL是灵敏度设置电容,电容值越小灵敏度越高,不接电容时灵敏度最高,电容值最大100pF,电容的选取根据应用的环境,接触感应盘的大小折中考虑。

4.2自动校正功能芯片内置自动校正功能,芯片能够根据外部环境的变化,自动调整电容的大小,检测到按键时停止自动校正,进入按键判决过程,从检测到按键开始,经过大约30~60 秒,芯片重新进入自动校正状态,意味着检测按键有效的时间为30~60 秒,按键时间超过这个时间,感应电容计入外部环境电容。
4.3 I 2C 接口XW09A 支持I 2C 总线传输协议。
I 2C 是一种双向、两线通讯接口,分别是串行数据线SDA 和串行时钟线SCL 。
两根线都必须通过一个上拉电阻接到电源。
XW09A 只支持读取操作。
总线上发送数据的器件被称作发送器,接收数据的器件被称作接收器。
控制信息交换的器件被称作主器件,受主器件控制的器件则被称作从器件。
主器件产生串行时钟SCL ,控制总线的访问状态、产生START 和STOP 条件。

(1)GPS task接到从应用层发送过来的MSG_ID_GPS_UART_OPEN_REQ;(2)GPS task发送MSG_ID_GPS_MNL_INIT_REQ;(3)MNL task收到MSG_ID_GPS_MNL_INIT_REQ,交由GPS_MNL_Init接口处理。
(4)MNL task后续的每一秒都会走到mtk_gps_task.c文件中的mtk_gps_sys_callback_func 接口,处理MTK_GPS_MSG_FIX_READY ,在这里,会将数据封装成NMEA 标准。

It offers very low power consumption, high sensitivity, and best in class signal acquisition and time-to-first-fix performance.Venus638FLPx contains all the necessary components of a complete GPS receiver, includes 1.2dB cascaded system NF RF front-end, GPS baseband signal processor, 0.5ppm TCXO, 32.768kHz RTC crystal, RTC LDO regulator, and passive components. GPS 模块
关于GPS 定位:GPS 定位的优势是精确,只要能接收到四颗卫星的定位信号,就可以进行误差在5-10 米以内的定位。
而GPS 定位由于接收机任何时刻都至少被4 颗卫星覆盖,所以信号得到了很好的保证,并且由于卫星居高临下,排除卫星钟及大气干扰等因素,精度也能保证在几米至几十米。
高精度GPS 定位模块SKG12BL:GPS 模块就是集成了RF 射频芯片、基带芯片和核心CPU,并加上相关外围电路而组成的一个集成电路。
SKG12BL 是一款完整的GPS 模块,具有高灵敏度、低功耗、小型化、其极高追踪灵敏度大大扩大了其定位的覆盖面,在普通GPS 接收模块不能定位的地方,如狭窄都市天空下、密集的丛林环境,SKG12BL 都能高精度定位。

The RF signal is applied to the antenna input of module, and a complete serial data message with position, velocity and time information is presented at the serial interface with NMEA protocol or custom protocol.It is based on the high performance features of the single-chip architecture, Its –162dBm tracking sensitivity extends positioning coverage into place like urban canyons and dense foliage environment where the GNSS was not possible before. The input voltage Vcc should be 3.0V to 4.2V range, current is no less than 100mA.Suitable decoupling must be provided by external decoupling circuitry (10uF and 1uF). It can reduce the Noise from power supply and increase power stability.Main power supply Vcc current varies according to the processor load and satellite acquisition. Maximum Vcc peak current is about 40 mA during acquisition.Backup Battery PowerIn case of a power failure on pin Vcc, real-time clock and backup RAM are supplied through pin V_BCKP. This enables the SKG09D BD/GPS Receiver to recover from power failure with either a hot start or a warm start (depending on the duration of Vcc outage). If no Backup Battery is connected, the receiver performs a cold start upon powered up.Backup Battery Power V_BCKP draws typically 15 uA current in backup state.AntennaThe SKG09D BD/GPS receiver is designed for supporting the active antenna or passive antenna connected with pin RF_IN. The gain of active antenna should be no more than 25dB (18~20dB Typical). The maximum noise figure should be no more than 1.5dB and output impedance is at 50 Ohm.NOTEWith passive antenna keep the cable loss at minimum(<1dB).VCC_RFAntenna power output pin. When user wants to use external active antenna. The pin supply power for active antenna. UART PortsThe module supports one full duplex serial channels UART. The serial connections are at 2.85V LVTTL logic levels, if need different voltage levels, use appropriate level shifters. the data format is however fixed: X, N, 8, 1, i.e. X baud rate, no parity, eight data bits and one stop bit, no other data formats are supported, LSB is sent first. The modules default baud rate is set up 9600bps. The RXD0 & TXD0 recommended to pull up (10KΩ). It can increase the stability of serial data.EXTINTThe default EXTINT function is Standby mode control but the function is not supported; leave signal floating (not connected).RF_INThe transmission line must to be control impedance from RF_IN pin to the antenna or antenna connector of your choice. (Impedance 50Ω)PPSA pulse per second (1 PPS) is an electrical signal that very precisely indicates the start of a second. Depending on the source, properly operating PPS signals have an accuracy ranging 10ns. The PPS signals are used for precise timekeeping and time measurement.Advanced Software FeaturesStandby ModeUser can issue software command to make BD/GPS module go into standby mode that consumes less than 200uA current. BD/GPS module will be awaked when receiving any byte. The following flow chart is an example to make BD/GPS module go into standby mode and then wake up.Periodic ModeWhen BD/GPS module is commanded to periodic mode, it will be in operation and standby periodically. Its status of power consumption is as below chartAlwaysLocate™AlwaysLocateTM is an intelligent controller of periodic mode. Depending on the environment and motion conditions, BD/GPS module can adaptively adjust working/standby time to achieve balance of positioning accuracy and power consumption. In this mode, the host CPU does not need to control BD/GPS module until the host CPU needs the BD/GPS position data.
