《怦然心动的人生整理魔法》读书笔记及整理术实践相信这本整理方面的书对大家一点都不陌生，《怦然心动的人生整理魔法》。

今天找来同名电影看了下，结合书本的整理方法对自己的房间来了一次全面的整理，这里把我的实践成果和读书笔记分享上来给大家。

一，最开始需要整理的是衣服，找出让你“心动”的衣服书里提到先从整理衣服开始，是因为衣服最能让你有“心动”的感觉，因为它是你每天穿在身上的东西。

从而扔掉那些心动之外的衣服。

这本书与《断舍离》相似的方面是，整理并不是“收纳”而是“清理”，留下真正属于你的东西，而抛弃不属于你的东西。

我按照书里的方法把我的衣服全部拿出来了，最后我扔掉了3个压缩袋的衣服。

如何判断这件衣服你是否“心动”呢？我感觉是那种你穿上这件衣服就觉得这一整天都很开心，想要为这件衣服配一个好的发型和妆容，一整天活力满满。

书里的建议是，拿不定主义的时候就穿上它听从心的感觉，如果你对一件衣服的评价是，说不定“哪天”会去穿它，那么你直接可以舍弃它了，因为“哪天”是永远不会来的。

下图是我整理的图：袜子是同一边对折两下，叠立起来。

我以前的袜子也是一只卷着另一只像坨毛线。

但是那样放衣柜很容易滚落出来，这样更方面取和叠放。

用书里的话来说就是，在你不穿的时候它们实际是在“休息”，你把它们卷起来它们受到压力并没有放松。

外套和当季的衣服我是挂起来的（这里是一部分衣服），本来按照书里的整理方法，毛衣和凡是能折叠的衣服都能折叠起来，那样一个本来只能放一二十件的衣服能容纳五十件衣服。

而且那样比较容易拿取。

这是我按照书里折叠立起来的衣服和裤子。

很整齐吧。

我用的是鞋盒，我觉得比较大的收纳盒比较好。

那样我可以叠放更多衣服。

（积极改进~）书里和电影里都讲到了叠衣服的方法：想要学习怎么叠衣服的姐妹可以去优酷搜索，同书名视频。

二，第二整理的是书籍，给你的书籍分门别类最难整理的物品应该是衣服了，把大头拿下就会更容易下手了。

整理书籍也像整理衣服一样，要把书籍从你的书柜全部拿下来，你不能说它们不乱不用全部取下来啊。
