TCLMS801机芯电路原理与故障检修实例资料TCL MS801机芯液晶彩电主要电路原理、调试与检修实例杨德印TCL MS801机芯的系列机型属于Android 智能数字电视,基本功能包括模拟ATV、数字DTV、互联⽹、全信源3D 和Android 4.0 UI。
主要的型号有L46V7500A-3D、L55V7500A-3D、L65V7500A-3D等。
各个电路板的连接如图1所⽰。
图1⼀、电源电路该机的电源电路由主电源电路(24V电源)、待机电源电路(3V3SB电源)、12V电源、5V电源、3.3V 电源、2.5V电源等构成,如图2所⽰。
图21.24V、3V3SB电源电路24V、3V3SB电源设置在电源板上,其中3V3SB电源是不受控电源,通电后就会进⼊⼯作状态,为微控制系统提供3.3V⼯作电源。
24V电源是受控电源,开机时来⾃微控制器电路的待机/开机信号POWER_ON 为⾼电平时,24V电源才能⼯作并输出24V电压;待机时POWER_ON为低电平,24V电源⽆电压输出。
2.12V、5V电源电路12V、5V电压由24V电压经DC-DC型功率变换器转换⽽来,如图3所⽰。
12V、5V电源电路的构成和⼯作原理相同,仅元器件符号不同,下⾯以12V电源电路为例进⾏介绍。
图3(1)电压变换24V电压经L008、L009和C029滤波后,⼀路为5V电源供电;另⼀路不仅加到模块Q003的⑤、⑥脚,为内部的下端开关管(场效应管)漏极供电,⽽且加到电源控制芯⽚U004(RT8110B)的7脚,为它供电。
U004内的控制电路得电⼯作,产⽣⼀组对称但极性相反的激励脉冲信号从②④脚输出。
当②脚输出的激励信号为低电平、④脚输出的激励信号为⾼电平时,使Q003内的上端开关管截⽌,⽽使下端的开关管导通,该开关管导通后,24V电压经它的D/S极和电感L004对C068、C069、C074充电,不仅在它们两端建⽴电压,⽽且在L004两端产⽣左正、右负的电动势;当4脚输出的激励信号为低电平②脚输出的激励信号为⾼电平时,使Q003内的下端开关管截⽌,⽽使上端的开关管导通,该开关管导通后,L004 通过⾃感产⽣右正、左负的电动势,该电动势通过C068、C069、C074到地,再通过Q003内的上开关管到L004左端构成放电回路,继续为C068、C069、C074补充能量,从⽽提⾼了该电源的⼯作效率。

.SPI 的数据都是从最高位开始传输。
6.5 SDI 信号的处理
如果不使用软件通过 SDI 设置触摸灵敏度,请将 SDI 接 VCC。 如果需要使用 SDI 那么在读 SDO 操作前务必将 SDI 置为高电平。否则可能会错误设置触摸 灵敏度为 0 级。

If the VCC supply voltage falls below preset threshold then a reset signal is asserted for at least 140ms after V CC has risen above the reset threshold. Both the SP809 and SP810 were designed with a reset comparator to help identify invalid signals, which last less than 140ms. The onlydifference between them is that they have an active-low RESET output and active-high RESET output, respectively. In this case, high-impedance CMOS logic inputs connecting to RESET can drift to undetermined voltages. Therefore, SP809/810 with CMOS is perfect for most applications of V CC down to 0.9V.However in applications where RESET must be valid down to 0V, adding a pull-down resistor to RESET causes any leakage currents to flow to ground, holding RESET low. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. It is a "plug andplay" card, i.e. the system BIOS assigns the system resources such asbase address and interrupt automatically. There are only threefunctions with 15 jumpers to be set by the user (see Figure 2.1 andTable 2-1). Some users will want to clear their relays only as part of system power-on.The PCI-1760 satisfies both these needs by providing jumper JP14.Depending on the application, this capability may allow relay outputs to be "OFF" without requiring a complete shutdown of processes controlled by the card.Complete loss of power to the chip clears the chip memory. Thus, no matter how JP14 is set, if the power to the PCI-1760 is disconnected,the relay initial power-on state will be "OFF" (NC or NO, depending on the user's settings).2.4Installation InstructionsThe PCI-1760 can be installed in any PCI slot in a computer. Howev-er, to avoid any mistakes or dangerous conditions, please refer to your computer user's manual before you follow the installation procedurebelow:1. Turn off your computer and any accessories connected to thecomputer.Warning!TURN OFF your computer power supply wheneveryou install or remove any card, or connect anddisconnect cables.2. Disconnect the power cord and any other cables from the back ofthe computer.3. Remove the cover of the computer.4. Select an empty 5 V PCI slot. Remove the screw that secures theexpansion slot cover to the system unit. Save the screw to securethe interface card retaining bracket.5. Carefully grasp the upper edge of the PCI-1760. Align the hole inthe retaining bracket with the hole on the expansion slot and alignthe gold striped edge connector with the expansion slot socket.Press the card into the socket gently but firmly. Make sure the cardfits the slot tightly.6. Secure the PCI-1760 by screwing the mounting bracket to the backpanel of the computer.7. Attach any accessories (37-pin D type cable, wiring terminal board,etc.) to the card.8. Replace the cover of your computer. Connect the cables youremoved in step 2.9. Turn the computer power on.14PCI-1760 User's Manual16PCI-1760 User's ManualID InID In : Isolated digital input (n = 0 ~ 7)3.1 OverviewThe PCI-1760 provides 8 opto-isolated digital input channels with 2500V DC isolation. In addition to supporting both dry and wetcontacts, this card provides "Digital Filter", "Pattern Match", "Change of State" and 16-bit UP counter functions for each digital input channel. All these functions are optional. Users can enable/disable each function to fit their applications. Figure 3.1 is a simplified function logic block diagram for the PCI-1760's digital inputs. The following sections will introduce these useful functions.Figure 3.1: PCI-1760 function logic block diagram3.2 Dry Contact Support for Each IDIEach of the 8 isolated digital input channels accepts either dry contact or 5 ~ 12 V DC wet contact inputs as determined by the corresponding jumper settings (see Table 2.1 and Table 2.2). Dry contact capability allows an input channel to respond to changes in an external circuit (e.g., the closing of a switch in the external circuit)when no voltage is present in the external circuit. Figure 3.2 shows the internal and external circuitry, with both wet and dry contact components connected as an input source for one of the PCI-1760's isolated digital input channels.Note!:The default settings of jumpers JP0 ~ JP7 are drycontact, just as shown in Figure 3.2.Figure 3.2: Dry and wet contacts3.3 Digital FilterEach digital input channel has a programmable digital filter foreliminating unexpected signals and noise from the card circuitry. The user can set different digital filtering parameters for each inputchannel in different applications. The following is a functionaldescription of the digital filter.1.When a digital filter is enabled, the PCI-1760 will sample thesignals at the enabled input channel at a 5 ms sampling rate.2.When a high or low signal is present at a digital input channelwhose digital filter function is enabled, the signal will be filteredout as noise unless it lasts for an effective period.3.The effective period is determined by multiplying the samplingrate (5 ms) by the sampling number (2 ~ 65535) chosen by the user,i.e.Effective period = Sampling number x 5 ms.Chapter 3 Digital Input Programming 17Note!: The sampling numbers for High and Low signals can be different. For example, assuming that the samplingnumbers are 10 for a High signal and 15 for a Low signal,the state of the digital input channel will update if a highsignal lasts for 50 ms or more, or a low signal lasts for75 ms or more.Note!: For digital input channels whose digital filter functions are not enabled, the PCI-1760 samples the signals at theseinput channels at a 100 µs sampling rate and immediate-ly updates the state of these input channels when thesignal changes.3.4 Pattern MatchThe PCI-1760 provides a pattern match interrupt function on itsdigital input channels. It monitors the status of the enabled inputchannels, and compares these with a pre-set pattern. When the actualstate matches the pre-set pattern, the PCI-1760 delivers an interruptsignal to the system. This function releases the CPUfrom the burdenof polling all the I/O points, enabling a PC to handle more I/O pointswith higher performance. An example follows:Example 3.1 Assume that the pattern match function is enabled forthe isolated digital input channels IDI1, IDI2, IDI6 and IDI7 (i.e. IDI0, IDI3, IDI4, and IDI5 are ignored during the pattern match process).Then the user can set the pattern match values for the enabled inputchannels. The table below shows one possibility.In thes example, when IDI1, IDI2 and IDI7 are high and IDI6 is low, an interrupt signal will be generated. No matter what the status of IDI0,IDI3, IDI4 and IDI5 are, these will not affect the result.18PCI-1760 User's Manual3.5 Change of Input StateThe PCI-1760 also provides a change of state interrupt function oneach digital input channel allowing users to monitor the status of theenabled digital input channels more efficiently. When one of theenabled channels changes its state, the PCI-1760 delivers an interrupt signal to the system to handle this event. The function can be set togenerate an interrupt for a rising edge signal, a falling edge signal, ora signal with both edges, depending on user application require-ments. The following is an example.Example 3.2 Assume that the change of input state function for theisolated digital input channels IDI1, IDI2, IDI6 and IDI7 is enabled(i.e. the signals at IDI0, IDI3, IDI4 and IDI5 are ignored by the changeof state function). When a change of state occurs in IDI1, IDI2, IDI6or IDI7, an interrupt signal is sent to the system.3.6 CounterEach digital input channel is connected to a 16-bit UP event counterwith a maximum frequency of 500 Hz. Each counter is enabled ordisabled by software. The following describes its major functions:1. Counter reset valueEach counter has its own reset value. When most cards are poweredon, the start-up value of a counter is zero, but in the PCI-1760, usersare allowed to set the reset value to a number between 0 and 65535.This is a very useful feature when one of the counters needs to bestarted from a non-zero number.2. Counter value match interruptAll eight counters also have a counter value match interrupt function.When this interrupt function is enabled, an interrupt signal will begenerated if the counter value reaches a pre-set counter match value.The counter will continue to count until an overflow occurs, then itwill go back to its reset value zero and continue the counting process.Chapter 3 Digital Input Programming 1920PCI-1760 User's ManualQ3. OverflowAn overflow will occur when the counter reaches its maximum value,65535, and an interrupt signal will be generated when this function is enabled.4. Count edgeA user can set each individual channel's counter to count either falling edge (high-to-low) or rising edge (low-to-high) signals. The appropriate setting depends on the initial state of the input signals; if they are low, a rising edge setting would be appropriate.The following figure illustrates counter operation. Counting starts from the counter reset value and continues until it reaches its match value. At that time, an interrupt will also be generated. In the PCI-1760, the user can individually set each channel’s High and Low periods for from 1 to 65535 units (1 unit = 100µs), depending on his needs.The user can also define the “burst count”, the number of cycles generated in each PWM channel. It can be a specific number of cycles or a non-stop cycle. If not a non-stop cycle, the predefined number of cycles must be between 1 and 65535.When the user enables a PWM output, the PCI-1760 will check the PWM burst count value first, If the burst count value is zero, the PWM output will be non-stop. If the burst count value is non-zero, the PWM will output the number of cycles which equals the burst count value,then stop. The PCI-1760 occupies 128 bytes in the PC’s I/Ospace. In general operations, it only requires 8 I/O spaces, 4 forwriting commands and 4 for reading commands. To enable/disablethe interrupt function, the PCI-1760 requires another 4 I/O spaces toread/write. compartment.4.4Compressor compartmentKey:pressorB.electric valve4.4.1Electric valveThe electric valve is of the 3-way bistable type.It is supplied together with the dehydrator filter.The connections of the electric valve are the following:-central hose with dehydrator filter to connect the condenser;-side hose (GS) to connect the capillary of the freezer circuit;-side hose (KS) to connect the capillary of the cooler+freezer circuit.The electric valve has the following values:-voltage 220 V - 50 Hz-response time <1 secNote:Comply with the electric connections and do not invert the polarity (the 2 terminals FAST-ON have different dimensions).5MAIN FUNCTIONS5.1NormalIn case of first switching on with a freezer compartment temperature higher than 10 °C, the appliance operates with a test cycle (for the factory) for a maximum time of about 1,5 hours.In this period do not perform tests for the correct operation of the appliance, since the loads of the appliance are activated only for internal check (compressor and electric valve).When the appliance is off then:•the compressor is off;•the displays are off.Pushing the ON/OFF button, the displays switch on with the following displaying:•+ symbol on cooler display;•flashing digits of the freezer;•freezer temperature alarm LED (buzzer active).Push the alarm deactivation button to deactivate the buzzer.Regulate the temperatures of the compartments so as to set the following values:•about +5 °C in the cooler;•about -18 °C in the freezer.Warning: Unplug the appliance before operating.5.2FROSTMATIC Function (rapid freezing)The FROSTMATIC function (rapid freezing) is activated by pushing the relative button, therefore:•The pilot lamp relative to the FROSTMATIC function lights up;•The compressor operates in thermostatic conditions and not continuously (like the temperature knob was on max. position) for a duration of about 52 hours, and then it deactivates automatically.To deactivate the FROSTMATIC function push the relative button.5.3COOLMATIC Function (rapid cooling)The COOLMATIC function (rapid cooling) is activated by pushing the relative button, therefore:•The pilot lamp relative to the COOLMATIC function lights up;•The compressor operates in thermostatic conditions and not continuously (like the temperature knob was on max. position) for a duration of about 6 hours, and then it deactivates automatically.To deactivate the COOLMATIC function push the relative button.5.4HOLIDAY Function (valid only for the cooler)The HOLIDAY function is activated when the customer does not want to use temporary the cooler.In this case it is not necessary to leave the cooler door open, because a 15 °C temperature is automatically set to avoid the formation of bad odours inside.To activate the HOLIDAY function push button + (temperature increase) till letter H is shown in the cooler dis-play.Obviously the cooler must be empty because the 15 °C temperature does not allow the preservation of the most common food.the sensor is out of range), then:When the sensor operates again normally, the above described conditions terminate.Characteristics of the NTC sensor:•The display shows cooler Service ModeTo start the procedure, perform the following operations:1.Connect the plug to the socket.2.Switch on the appliance with the ON/OFF button.3.Open the doors of the appliance.4.Switch the appliance off with the ON/OFF button.5.Within the first 10 seconds hold down simultaneously the two buttons “FROSTMATIC function (rapid freez-ing)” and “alarm deactivation”.The confirmation of the procedure start occurs with the acoustic signalling of the buzzer which emits a long beep and with the lighting up of all segments of the display.7.1.2Exiting Service ModeThe procedure terminates when reached.7.1.3Functions of the Service ModePress the button “FROSTMATIC function (rapid freezing)” or “alarm deactivation” to skip to the following phase of the procedure.Prsss the “ON/OFF” button to activate/deactivate the loads (compressor, defrosting heater, lamp, fan and air flow regulator damper).List of the phases of the SERVICE MODE:1.All segments of the display are on.2.All segments of the displays are off.3.The number 0 is shown on the display and the load controlled by ACS TH1 [compressor] is checked.To activate/deactivate the load press the button “ON/OFF” (the load is activated when the rapid freezing FROSTMATIC function pilot lamp and the alarm pilot lamp light up).4.The number 1 is shown on the display and the load controlled by ACS TH2 [electric valve] is checked.To activate/deactivate the load press the button “ON/OFF” (the electric valve switches from one side to the other and it is possible to hear a click).5.The number 2 is shown on the display and the laod controlled by ACS TH3 [lamp] is checked.To activate/deactivate the load press the button “ON/OFF” (the load is activated when the rapid freezing FROSTMATIC function pilot lamp and the alarm pilot lamp light up).6.The number 3 is shown on the display and the load controlled by ACS TH4 [not used in this appliance] ischecked.To activate/deactivate the load press the button “ON/OFF” (the load is activated when the rapid freezing FROSTMATIC function pilot lamp and the alarm pilot lamp light up).Note:When the procedure skips to the following phase pressing the button “FROSTMATIC function (rapid freez-ing)” or “alarm deactivation”, the laod keeps its status (for example, if the compressor had been activated, it will remain on also in the subsequent phases); in this way it is possible to check the loads simultaneously.7.Check of the doors.The display digits correspond to the doors: the unit digits correspond to the cooler door, while the ten digits correspond to the freezer door.If the relative door is closed, the displayed digit is 0 otherwise is 1.8.Check of the counter.The display shows an increasing number at intervals of 1 second.This is a counter used by the board for its internal management.9.Check of the temperature sensors.The display shows one of the following codes:Code DESCRIPTIONE0No errorE1Evaporator sensor damagedE2Room temperature sensor damaged (installed on the display board)E4Room temperature sensor damaged (installed on the power board)E50 degree compartment sensor damagedNote:The errors regarding the cooler and freezer air sensors are already displayed during the normal operation. At this point all the phases necessary to chcek the loads have been displayed, therefore it is advisable to in-terrupt the procedure of the SERVICE MODE unplugging and replugging the appliance.Note:If you do not want to interrupt the SERVICE MODE, the procedure continues with some phases dedicated ex-clusively to the factory, therefore they must not to be considered.Also in this case the exit from the SERVICE MODE is carried out unplugging and replugging the appliance.7.2DEMO MODEThe DEMO MODE function is intended only for the commercial activity and not for the user.The internal temperature of the appliance, measured by the air sensors, must be higher than +10 °C so as the function can be activated.7.2.1Start DEMO MODETo start the procedure, hold down the ON/OFF button cooler+freezer and the freezer temperature decrease button for more than 5 seconds.The display digits flash every about 4 seconds.7.2.2Exit DEMO MODETo exit the procedure, hold down the ON/OFF button cooler+freezer and the freezer temperature decrease but-ton for more than 5 seconds or unplug the appliance.7.2.3Functions of the DEMO MODEThe procedure is used only for show in the selling points and allows selecting the temperatures without acti-vating the loads (compressor and electric valve).The displays show:•+ 5 °C for the cooler compartment (flashing display);•-18 °C for the freezer compartment (flashing display).By pushing the temperature regulation buttons, the displays show the temperatures that can be set (flashing display).The internal light switches on when the cooler door is opened.By pushing the cooler ON/OFF button it is possible to simulate the switching off of the cooler compartment (the lamp is off).8ACCESSIBILITY8.1Control panelTo access the control panel and its components (power and display boards) perform the following operations in sequence:a.Open the cooler door.Warning: Disconnect the appliance from the electric power before operating with theappliance.b) View of the control panel of the upper cross-piece.c) Remove the programme plate removing the 2 screw covers and the 2 fixing screws.d) Remove the transparent foil and extract the con-trol support.e) View of the power board.9DISPLAY SYMBOLS9.1Cooler compartmentDISPLAY DIGITS DESCRIPTIONNOT FLASHING It indicates the cooler temperature with normal function [from +2 to +8].FLASHING It indicates the cooler temperature with DEMO MODE func-tion [from +2 to +8].NOT FLASHING It indicates the HOLIDAY function of the cooler compart-ment [15 °C].NOT FLASHING It indicates the malfunctioning of cooler air temperature sensor.NOT FLASHING It indicates incompatibility between the electronic boards. 2. 要求在某一时刻,仅有一个LED数码管发光。
3. 该数码管发光一段时间后,下一个LED发光,这样8只数码管循环发光。
4. 当循环扫描速度足够快时,由于视觉暂留的原因,就会感觉8只数码管是在持续发光。

数码管又分为共阴极和共阳极两种类型,其实共阴极就是将八个LED 的阴极连在一起,让其接地,这样给任何一个LED 的另一端高电平,它便能点亮。

同时又增加了显示的花样和立体图案显示效果,可以广泛用于传媒信息显示和各种装饰显示,为将来显示技术的进步和发展指导了方向,光立方显示比发光二极管点阵更具有视觉效果,而且画面图案更加非富多彩。
本设计包括硬件系统的设计和软件系统的设计。
其中硬件系统包括核心控制器AT89S52单片机;驱动电路模块:ULN2803作为层驱动,74LS573作为行驱动和列驱动;时钟信号电路模块:采用普通晶体时钟源,其中晶体用12MHZ 的石英晶振;显示模块:由512个发光二极管组成;供电模块:使用5V移动电源作为供电电源;键盘模块:由四脚按键组成。
软件系统包括系统监控程序模块,光立方显示程序模块,键盘程序模块。
通过软件编程控制数据下载到单片机完成设计图案的显示。
软件采用自上而下的模块化设计思想,使系统朝着分布式、小型化方向发展,增强系统的可扩展性和运行的稳定性。
