一、课程说明

1、课程基本情况

课程名称：合同法

所属专业：金融学（英）、国际经济与贸易（英）

课程性质：

2、课程简介

目标：在满足社会主义现代化建设和实施依法治国方略对法律人才的需要的过程中，我国的法学教育有了极大的发展，尤其是在我国加入WTO前后，许多重点高校把双语教学提到了议事日程上。新的形势要求法学教师使用双语讲授专业课程。这标志着我国的专业英语教学面临着越来越高的要求，为了适应这一形势的需要，我们特开设《合同法》英语。

任务：通过教师的“精讲”和学生的“多练”，着重培养学生的法律实践能力先修课：英语

后续课：商业法
