机型:L42E9FR (MS91C) 故障现象:TV无台 检修流程:
首先开机测试发现TV无台,而且在TV状态下摇控不灵敏,测试其他 信源都正常,而且摇控反应都正常。初步分析:是TV高频部分有问题, 而且可能是软件的问题。首先升级软件后再次测试,故障依旧。于是对 比测试高频头的各个引脚电压,除AGC电压高到4V以外,没有发现其他 异常。测试在搜台的时候,VT电压也正常变化,图像也会有雪花。于是 代换高平头后再次测试,故障依旧。于是检查中频解码,测试对比各个 引脚电压,也未发现异常,代换后故障依旧。此时再次分析故障现象, 在TV状态下出现摇控不灵敏的问题,摇控信号是直接到主解码的,因此 认为问题可能在主解码。进一步测试高频头部分的总线电压是:4.8V正 常。为进一步确认故障范围,断开主解码和高频部分的总线连接,开机 测试还是会出现摇控不灵敏的问题。就进一步排除高频部分的可能。于 是代换主解码后再次测试,故障排除。
备注:LVDS信号中的时钟和数据的电压使用指针式万用表测 试:大约在1V左右。

机型:L22M9 (MS91B) 故障现象:灰屏 检修流程:首先通电测试:仔细观察故障现象为灰阶测试信号交替 变化,说明背光没有问题。于是初步测试数字板输出到屏的T-CON板 上的LVDS线上供电正常,但是数据和时钟电压为零,说明故障不应该 在屏部分,故障基本可以判断是在数字板上。于是进一步测试主解 码U300(MST6M19)外围各部供电均正常,因此怀疑软件部分有问题, 准备给机器在线升级。但是接上升级板准备升级时发现机器故障消 失,在断开升级板后机器处于死机状态,因数字板各部分供电均正常 ,于是测数字板各路总线电压,发现U305的VGA总线无电压(P182、 P183),此时机器出灰阶信号,在接上电脑和升级板后VGA的总线电压 为4.2V左右机器正常,确认故障在此部位,测外围上拉电阻正常,于 是更换U300后VGA总线电压恢复为正常,机器故障排除.

液晶万能通用主板有了此套全能通用套板,即可对市面上各种品牌机快速检测断定故障部位,一般对一台大屏幕液晶电视故障检测可在2---10分钟内完成,大大减轻维修负担!!!各插口功能:1.遥控接收板2.按键接收板3.主板供电及开关机控制(包括:12V 5V GND 5VS ON/OFF )4.背光控制(包括:12V GND BKL (背光开关信号)ADJ (背光亮度信号)注意:在点大屏的时候12V 不要通电,只需要接GND 和BKL 和ADJ 或是GND 和BKL 我们现在用的屏基本上第12脚为BKL 脚我们可以注意看一下高压板上面的标识)5.显示屏电压选择(3.3V 5V 12V 这个要特别注意弄不好就会烧屏,一定要先786查清楚你所要点的屏上电电压)6.LVDS屏线(屏线不能插反或是插错,不然会引起烧板或是烧屏,注意屏线的电源一头应插在长方形的角有个一缺口的那一端,或是打有白点的那一端)7.接口功能未开通8.喇叭接口9.接口功能未开通10.接口功能未开通11.主板程序写入接口12.接口功能未开通万能液晶驱动板主板特点:此液晶驱动主板可以从:5.6寸直接点到65寸,不管你是高分低分,只需要一个高分程序和一个低分程序即可搞定(建议买家够买两套此液晶主板,一板写高分程序,一板写低分程序这样用起来更方便),目前我这还有一种液晶主板不论高分低分屏,可全部通过遥控器来操作,不用因屏不同而又要重新烧录程序。

但是我不建议大家买这样的板,虽然不用重新写程序,但是你每次点一个高分屏或是一个低分屏后,再点另一种屏时,又得用遥控器进总线进行程序的改写,有时候还改写不成功,造成我们以为屏坏的错觉,所以我建议大家也不是为了省那么100多块钱而去影响我们的工作效率。

此主板带了现在主流的HDMI高清接口两路,一路AV输出和输入,两路高清分量信号输入,一路S端子,一路RF,和一路声音带来听觉震撼的同轴声音输出,给我们带来不一样的听觉效果。

6、背光插座不同屏的代用 1)P12代P14或P14代P12时,因背光插座脚数与背光插线脚 数不配套,所以要修剪背光插头线; 2)单背光板屏代双背光板屏时,多余的副背光板供电连接线 不用即可; 3)双背光板屏代单背光板屏时,需自制副背光板供电连接线; 7、背光插座功能排列不同屏的代用 背光插座功能排列不同主要指的是背光开关控制脚和背光亮 度调整脚,当出现排列不同时,按照表中的说明进行更改即 可。 8、屏以下参数不同时不能代用 1)显示屏分辨率不同时不能代用; 2)显示屏宽度尺寸不同时(分窄屏和宽屏)不能代用。

PRECAUTIONSPlease pay attention to the followings when you use this TFT LCD module.9-1 MOUNTING PRECAUTIONS(1) You must mount a module using holes arranged in four corners or four sides.(2) You should consider the mounting structure so that uneven force (ex. Twisted stress) is not applied to module. And the case on which a module is mounted should have sufficient strength so that external force is not transmitted directly to the module.(3) Please attach the surface transparent protective plate to the surface in order to protect the polarizer. Transparent protective plate should have sufficient strength in order to the resist external force.(4) You should adopt radiation structure to satisfy the temperature specification.(5) Acetic acid type and chlorine type materials for the cover case are not desirable because theformer generates corrosive gas of attacking the polarizer at high temperature and the latter causes circuit break by electro-chemical reaction.(6) Do not touch, push or rub the exposed polarizer with glass, tweezers or anything harder thanHB pencil lead. And please do not rub with dust clothes with chemical treatment. Do not touch the surface of polarizer for bare hand or greasy cloth. (Some cosmetics are detrimental to the polarizer.)(7) When the surface becomes dusty, please wipe gently with absorbent cotton or other softmaterials like chamois soaks with petroleum benzene. Normal-hexane is recommended for cleaning the adhesives used to attach front/ rear polarizer. Do not use acetone, toluene and alcohol because they cause chemical damage to the polarizer.(8) Wipe off saliva or water drops as soon as possible. Their long time contact with polarizercauses deformations and color fading.(9) Do not open the case because inside circuits do not have sufficient strength.9-2 OPERATING PRECAUTIONS(1) The device listed in the product specification sheets was designed and manufactured for TVapplication(2) The spike noise causes the mis-operation of circuits. It should be lower than following voltage:V=±200mV(Over and under shoot voltage)(3) Response time depends on the temperature. (In lower temperature, it becomes longer..) Make certain that treatment persons are connected to ground through wrist band etc. And don’t touch interface pin directly.9-4 PRECAUTIONS FOR STRONG LIGHT EXPOSUREStrong light exposure causes degradation of polarizer and color filter.9-5 STORAGE +When storing modules as spares for a long time, the following precautions are necessary.(1) Store them in a dark place. Do not expose the module to sunlight or fluorescent light. Keep thetemperature between 5 and 35 at normal humidity.℃℃(2) The polarizer surface should not come in contact with any other object. It is recommended that they bestored in the container in which they were shipped.9-6 HANDLING PRECAUTIONS FOR PROTECTION FILM(1) The protection film is attached to the bezel with a small masking tape. When the protection film is peeledoff, static electricity is generated between the film and polarizer. 方法1数带“ -”的这种信号线一共有几对,有10对的减2对就是双8,有8对的减2对就是双6。

有5对的减掉1对是单8,有4对的减掉1对是单6,数 /-线一共有多少对。

液晶屏接口定义详解液晶屏定义接口说明LVDS接口:(低压差分信号接口low-voltage differential signaling)比较常见的有20PIN/30PIN的接口,早期的10-12寸的屏也有14PIN接口的,根据它的信号线口数一般分为单通道6为,单通道8位,双通道6位,目前由于出于习惯“单通道”,“双通道”等在大陆往往被称为“单口”,或“双口”。

TTL接口:PDF文挡见附件这种屏要求AD驱动板输入单口或双口6位/8位的三基色的TTL电平,所以连接线用得比较多,一般用FX8系列的连接头比缴多,有40PIN/60PIN/70PIN/80PIN,比较早期的有DF9B —31P(HIROSE)/DF9B—41P(HIROSE),连接跳线显得相对比较嘛烦一点,还有MITSUBISHI和ACER公司的屏有好多是用两根45PIN和35PIN扁平电缆IL-FHR-45S-HF (JAE)/扁平电缆IL-FHR-30S-HF (JAE)连接,早期的IBM也有单用一根五十PIN 的扁平电缆连接。

RSDS:PDF文档见附件TCON接口:Timing Controller现在很多的model液晶屏接受的是LVDS信号,而Driver IC(也就是常说的Collumn Driver)收到的是RSDS信号,这中间就是由TCON实现的转换,不少屏是RSDS接口的,是PANEL 厂家为了减少PANEL成本,省掉了TCON芯片,听说大概会减少约USD10。

因为目前的很多主板IC都可以直接处理RSDS信号了。

TMDS全称Transition Minimized Differencial Signaling,即最小差分信号。

是一种类似于LVDS的接口。

该接口在液晶发展中属于昙花一现。

典型的有三星公司出的LT181E2-131、LT170E2-131、日立的TX38D21V、LG的LP141X1等。

液晶面板型号识别方法液晶面板的型号不是液晶显示器外壳背后的型号,而是液晶面板样后的型号,是拆开液晶面板后,在液晶屏后看到的条形码。

图1所示为液晶面板型号标注位置示意图。

目前,生产液晶面板的厂家主要有韩国的三星、LO-PHILIPS,日本的夏普、日立、NEC、IMES,中国台湾的友达、奇美、广辉、中华,以及中国内地的上广电、京东方等。

不同厂家生产的液晶面板,其命名规则有不同的规律,主要命名规则如下:在LG-PHILIPS液晶面板中,一般会出现LP、LM、LS、LA、La等标识,以LP开头的面板是用于笔记本电脑的薄屏,多为单口6bit LVDS(含部分TMDS)屏;以LM开头的多为厚屏,其中还会带一后缀区分]TL与LVDS两种;LS的屏较少见,一般为TC0N和RSDS面板;LA、La多是早期的面板,接口不一。

在三星液晶面板中,多以LTM、LT、LTN等开头,但会带一个代表尺寸大小的数字标识勺如141、150、157、170、190等。

其中,如果型号中带有Ⅹ,多为XCA的分辨率;带W多为16:9的分辨率;带E多为SXGA;带P多为SXCA+;带U的多为UXGA;同时也会带T或L来表示πL或是LVDS接口。

在现代(HYUNDAI)液晶面板中,一般以HT开头,如HTl7E11-200。

在日立(HITACHI)液晶面板中,一般会以Ⅸ力口屏的尺寸大小(厘米)以及代表分辨率的数字,一般为9代表SXGA+,5代表UXGA,其他的一般为XCA;TX后面的数字,26为10,4in31为12.1in,34为13.3in,36为14,1in,38为15in,41为1 6in,43为17in,46为18.lin。

夏普(SHARP)液晶面板中,一般以LQ加面板尺寸大小(英寸)以及代表分辨率的符号表示,若型号中有Ⅹ,表示分辨率为XCA;若型号中有F,表示分辨率为SXGA+;若型号中有U,表示分辨率为UXGA。
