光缆型号的编制方法

1 型号的构成

光缆型号由光缆型式的代号和规格的代号构成,用一空格分隔开。

2 型式

2.1 型式的构成Designation of type

光缆型式由5个部分构成,如下所示,其中结构特征指缆芯结构和光缆派生特征。各部分均用代号表示。

2.2 分类的代号Codes for classification

GY—通信用室(野)外光缆;GY-Optical fiber cables for outdoor(Field)communications

GJ—通信用室(局)内光缆;GJ-Optical fiber cables for Indoor(Bureau)communications

GM—通信用移动式光缆;GM-Movable cables for communication

2.3 加强构件的代号Codes for strength member

(无符号)—金属加强构件;(None)-Metallic strength member

F—非金属加强构件;F-Non-metallic strength member

2.4 结构特征的代号Codes for structural features

D—光纤带结构;D-Fiber ribbon construction J—光纤紧套被覆结构;J-Fiber tight-tube coating construction (无符号)—光纤松套被覆结构;(None)-Fiber loose-tube coating construction G—骨架槽结构;G-Slotted core construction

(无符号)—层绞结构;(None)-Layer stranding construction B—扁平形状;B-Flat construction

X—中心束管式;X-Central tube construction (无符号)—干式阻水结构;(None)-Dry water proof structure T—填充式结构; T-Filled construction

C—自承式结构;C-Self-supporting construction

Z—阻燃结构; Z-Flame-retardant construction

E—护层为椭圆截面(无符号为圆截面);E-sheath of ellipse section (Non-round section)

2.5 护套的代号Codes for sheath

Y—聚乙烯护套;Y-PE sheath

A—铝一聚乙烯粘结护套(简称A护套);Aluminum-PE clung structure (abbreviated as sheath A)

S—钢一聚乙烯粘结护套(简称S护套);S-Steel-PE clung structure ( abbreviated as sheath S)

V—聚氯乙烯护套;V-PVC sheath

U—聚氨酯护套;U-Polyurethane sheath

W—夹带钢丝钢一聚乙烯粘结护层;W-Steel-PE sheath clung with steel wire inside

注:当有外护层时,它可以包括垫层、铠装层和外被层的某些部分和全部,其代号用两组数字表示(垫层不需表示),第一组表示铠装层,它可以是一位或两位数字见表1,第二组表示外被层或外套,它应是一

3 规格

Specifications

3.1 规格的构成Designation of specifications

光缆规格由光纤和导电芯线的有关规格组成。光纤的规格与导电芯线的规格之间用“+”号隔开。如图所示。

The specifications of the optical fiber cable consists of specifications of optical fiber and conductor, and both specifications are separated by a ?? as shown in figure.

3.2 光纤规格的构成Designation of optical fiber specifications

光纤的规格由光纤数和光纤类别组成,注:如果同根光缆中含有两种或两种以上规格(光纤数和类别)的光纤时,中间应用“+”号联接。光纤数的代号用光缆中同类别光纤的实际有效数目的数字表示。

The specification of optical fiber consists of number and classification of optical fiber. Note: If there are two and over specifications (number and classifications) of fiber in a same optical cable, they must be connected by a ?? Code of fiber count is indicated by an effective number of the same class of fiber in the optical fiber cable.

3.3 光纤类别的代号Codes for fiber classification

单模光纤类别应用B表示,多模光纤用A表示,再用数字和小写字母表示不同种类的单模和多模光纤。常用代号如下:

The single mode fiber is indicated by B, multi-mode fiber indicated by A; For different categories of single mode and multi-mode fiber, they will be indicated by numbers and small letter. Their codes are shown as below:

A1a—50/125μm二氧化硅系渐变多模光纤;A1a-50/125μm SiO2 multi-mode fiber;

A1b—62.5/125μm二氧化硅系渐变多模光纤;A1b-62.5/125μm SiO2 multi-mode fiber;

B1.1—二氧化硅系(普通)单模光纤(B1.1可简写为B1);(非色散位移型光纤)B1.1-SiO2 (common) single mode fiber (B1.1 may be abbreviated as B1); (non-dispersion displacement type)

B1.2—二氧化硅系1550nm低损耗单模光纤;(截止波长位移型光纤)B1.2- SiO2 low loss at 1500nm single mode fiber; (cutout wavelength displacement type)

B2—二氧化硅系色散位移单模光纤;(色散位移型)B2- SiO2 dispersion displacement single mode fiber;

B3—色散平坦型;B3-SiO2 dispersion smooth type single mode fiber.

B4—非零色散位移型;B4-SiO2 non-zero dispersion displacement single mode fiber.

3.4 导电芯线的规格Specifications for conductive core

导电芯线规格的构成应符合YD/T322中第3·1·6条件铜导电芯线规格构成的规定。

The designation of specifications of conductive core should accord with 3-1-6 article in YD/T322

4 实例

Examples

例1:金属加强构件、松套层绞填充式、铝—聚乙烯粘结护套、皱纹钢带铠装、聚乙烯套通信用室外光缆,包含24根B1.1类单模光纤。

表示为GYTA53 24B1

Example 1:Metallic strength member,loose tube stranded,filled compound type,Al-PE clung sheath,corrugated steel tape armored,PE sheath,outdoor optical fiber telecom cable,containing 24 pieces of B1.1 single mode fiber. The model of the cable with above features is indicated as GYTA53 24B1
