This kind of perfectionists will see their perfectionism as a trouble and gain higher levels of anxiety and tend to be a procrastinator.4.Procrastination is easy to deal with.First of all, we should realize there is no need to procrastinate. Whether we procrastinate or not, the problem is always there waiting us to deal with. Then we ought to take action to get rid of the bad habit. Go and write down the reason why you will procrastinate piece by piece, and overcome the obstacle step by step. If you want to do your homework, put down the phone and go to do it; if you want to get up, don’t lay in bed any longer. Take action and keep procrastination away.。
