主要体现在：命题原则与大纲要求一致，知识覆盖面广，尽可能增加综合性与语境化的因素；命题保持稳定，难度与往年高考英语试题基本一致的情况下，略有上升（主要体现在阅读上），但更强调语言运用之理念，内容也更具现代气息。

总的来说，今年的高考试题完全符合教育部的要求，就是在稳定当中求发展。

整个从全卷来说，难度最大的在完型填空和阅读理解，阅读理解中以第三篇和第四篇相对比那三篇稍微难一点，所以这儿也容易丢分。

试卷分第一卷（选择题）和第二卷（非选择题）两部分。

第一卷1至14页。

第二卷15至16页。
