Also, with the development of society females have the abilities to pay the cost of an apartment. Nowadays, they have easy access to gain high-quality education. This leads to more opportunities for women to acquire qualifications and pursue a career. In addition, they are not put under the pressure of sacrificing their career to take care of their children. As a consequence, females have the same good performance in workplace as males. Therefore, women can buy an apartment by their own efforts.
