其结构为:There was(were)…表示“有……”例句:There was a pen in the box. 昨天在盒子里有一支钢笔。

“lots of:” 表示“许多”,后跟可数名词,与many用法相同,后跟不可数名词,与much用法相同。
4. An old lady talked about her life many years ago.一位老太太谈论了她很多年前的生活。
talk about 意为“谈论”。
类似的固定短语搭配:talk to sb. 意为“和某人谈话”5. She didn’t have a television or a radio. 她没有电视机和收音机。
“didn’t=did not ”“did”是“do(does)”的过去式,是助动词。
表示过去时态的句子,动词要用过去式,变否定句时要加助动“did”.加上“did”后,实义动词要用原形。
