Access Time:存取时间。 Address:地址。就是内存每个字节的编号。 Bandwidth:带宽。 fer: 缓冲区，一个用于存储速度不同步的设备或优先级不同 的设备之间传输数据的区域。 DDR: Dual Data Rate SDRSM。是最新的内存标准之一，在系统 时钟触发沿的上、下沿都能进行数据传输，因此即使在 133MHz的总线频率下，带宽也能达到约2.1GB/S，为 SDRAM的两倍左右。 DDR SDRAM: DDR双倍数据速率，Double Data Rate。 DDR内存: Dual Date Rate。SDRAM 称为“双倍速率SDRAM”， 在133MHz的前端总线频率下，带宽可达2.128GB/S。
DIMM: Dual-Inline-Memory-Modules。即双列直插式存储模块。 DIMM: Dual-Inline-Memory-Modules。双边接触内存模组。 FLASH内存: FLASH是一种可擦写、可编程的ROM，FLASH 包含IOS及微代码。 Interleaving: 交叉存取技术。加快内存速度的一种技术。 PC100 : JEDEC 和Intel制定的一种SDRAM内存颗粒（或内存 条）技术标准。其中100是指该内存能工作在前端总线 （FSB）100MHz的系统中。 PC133: IBM 和Reliance电子公司制定的一种内存芯片（或内 存条）技术标准，其中的133指的是该内存工作频率可达 133MHz。 Pin: 针状引脚，内存金手指上的金属接触点。 Disk Array: 磁盘阵列。

Memory
Memory is commonly referred to as RAM (Random Access Memory). It is a temporary storage area used by the CPU. Before the program can be run, it is put into the memory which allows the CPU to access the program directly. It is one of the fundamental components of all modern computers. Memory is commonly confused with Hard Disk Space. There are two types of memory. The first type of memory is the RAM memory. This memory is available in computer chips. The other type of memory is Hard Drive Space which is stored on the computer Hard Disk Drive. The Hard Disk Drive is a physical drive which contains several parts and is generally larger than the amount of memory found in your computer. In common usage, memory usually refers to the Random Access Memory (RAM).
Random Access Memory refers to data storage equipment that allows the stored data to be accessed randomly rather than just in sequence. In contrast, other types of memory devices (such as magnetic tapes, disks) can access data only in the fixed order. Generally, RAM in the computer is considered as main memory (or primary storage): the working area is used for displaying and manipulating data. This type of RAM is usually in the form of Integrated Circuits. These are commonly called memory sticks or RAM sticks because they are used as small circuit boards with plastic packaging and are about the size of a few sticks of gum. Most personal computers have slots for adding and replacing memory chips. Many types of RAM are volatile, though some RAM chips keep data without electrical power. Unlike some other forms of computer storage such as disk storage and tape storage, they lose all data when the computer is powered down. A distinct characteristic of RAM is that all memory locations can be accessed at almost the same speed. Adding more RAM is an easy way to improve system performance.
