必修1一、基本项目课程类型:必修1教学材料:人教社New Senior English For China适用年级:高一上学期课时:36-40学时二、课程元素(一)课程目标在中学英语学习中,必修1的课程起着连接初、高中两个重要阶段的作用。
通过必修1的学习,学生能进一步增强英语学习的动机,有较强的自主学习意识;能理解口头或书面材料中表达的观点并发表自己的见解;能运用英语获取信息、处理信息;能有效地使用口头或书面语言描述个人经历;能体会交际语言的文化内涵和背景,并为今后的英语学习奠定基础。
●学习目标1.进一步巩固初中已学的语音知识,掌握正确的发音、语调和朗读技巧,在口头表达中做到语音、语调自然、流畅;2.掌握本模块课程标准要求的约170个单词的词义、词的搭配(约40条固定搭配和习惯用语)和用法,尤其是单元词汇表中的黑体部分,在听、说、读、写中能够灵活运用;3.学习现在进行时表示将来的用法、直接引语和间接引语以及定语从句三个语法项目,能够理解和掌握这些语法结构,并且能够在一定的情景中做到灵活应用;4.能够以单元话题为中心,进行简单的听、说、读、写活动;5.能够通过语篇阅读掌握文章的基本事实,抓住中心思想,了解时空顺序,理解文章的内涵,从上下文中猜测不熟悉的语言现象,分析作者的观点、态度和意图,分析语篇结构,获取语言和文化知识,综合评价文章等;6.能够根据单元话题,进行基础性和有指导的程序性书面表达;7.能够了解中西文化中人们对友谊的理解;感受语言的多层次和多元化,形成跨文化意识;了解世界各地的文化,形式跨文化交际能力;了解地震的成因、预兆和造成的损失,学会如何在灾难发生时自我保护和救生;了解不同民族对伟人和英雄的不同定义,加深对祖国文化的理解和对历史人物的正确评价等。

但是没有任何一个人像出生于澳大利亚、受教于英国、扎根于美国的建筑师和规划师克里斯托弗.亚历山大一样与传统建筑实践如此彻底地决裂,并且探索地更加深入,以使自己的设计反映这些最基本的价值。
亚历山大自称是一个破坏偶像(反对传统观念)的人,他有意识地同二十世纪建筑学和城市规划的主流思想保持距离。
值得注意的是:他挑出来在下文中进行攻击的8个“树形”规划是二十世纪最受尊重、最富盛名的规划方案的代表,包括勒.柯布西耶基于其建造一个现代城市的理论而为印度昌迪加尔新区做的规划;还包括保罗. 索莱尔的位于亚利桑那沙漠中梅萨市的空想巨型结构。
自从他最早发表挑衅性的观点攻击后面所选的正规的“树形”城市规划内容贫乏以来,亚历山大一生都从事于探求解读潜藏在人类需求下的深层结构体系以及对建筑新样式的再生模式的定义。
下面所选例子清楚地说明,一个城市不应该设计成像整洁的树形分枝组织那样把各个功能彼此分开。
亚历山大谴责整洁的城市规划,它们把“邻里”用界限分离,划分一个区域用作居住另一个用作商业,或者专门创建一个区域用作大学或文化设施。
他认为人类活动远比那些更为复杂和交叠。

由于人们对这个话题了解的比较少,所以当我们谈起机器人的时候,人们常会想到是科幻小说,童话故事,卡通故事等。
但是机器人已经在我们现实生活中存在了,它们被广泛应用于工农业生产及军事领域。
许多机器人在家中做繁杂的家务,甚至代替人类从事一些危险的工作。
本单元介绍了各种各样的机器人,从科幻小说中的想像到现实世界中的应用,以及将来机器人的发展。
Warming Up部分展示了几副图画,通过让学生们讨论这几副图画,导入本单元的话题,并让学生试着给机器人下定义。
Pre-reading部分一些关于机器人的讨论进一步激发学生对科学的热爱。
Reading部分是根据科幻小说作家——阿西莫夫的故事改编的。
