T oday, I talk about T eams.
Team is a unit of two or more people who share a mission and the responsibility for working to achieve a common goal.
Of couse,everything have advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages
-increased information and knowledge增强信息和知识。
By pooling the resources of several individuals, teams have access to more information in the decision-making process.由分享资源的几个个体、团队获得更多的信息在决策的过程。
-increased diversity of views多样性的观点。
Team members can bring a variety of perspectives to the decision-making process. Keep in mind, however, that unless these diverse view-points are guided by a shared goal, the multiple perspectives can actually hamper a team’s efforts.团队成员可以带来各种各样的透视决策的过程。但要记住,除非这些不同观点共同的目标指引下, 多角度实际上可以妨碍一个团队的努力.
-increased acceptance of a solution接纳,接受,赞同一个解决方法。
Those who participate in making a decision are more likely to support the decision enthusiastically and encourage others to accept it.那些参与决策的人更有可能支持和鼓励其他人去决定热情地接受它。

Working in teams can unleash new amounts of creativity and energy in workers who share a sense of purpose and mutual accountability. Disadvantages

Like all social structures, business teams can generate tremendous pressures to conform with accepted norms of behavior. Groupthink occurs when these peer pressures cause individual team members to withhold contrary or unpopular opinions. The result can be decisions that are worse than ones the team members might have made individually.像所有的社会结构、业务团队可以产生巨大的压力能符合规范的行为接受。当这些同侪压力团体迷失发生使个人或者

Some team members may have a hidden agenda-private, counter-productive motives, such as a desire to take control of the group or to undermine

-free riders搭免费车的人,吃大锅饭。
Some team members may be free riders—those wh o don’t contribute their fair share to the group’s activities. Perhaps these members aren’t being held individually accountable for their work.
