其主要化学反应是:PbO2+2H2SO4+Pb←充电、放电→ PhSO4+2H2O+PhSO4铅酸蓄电池充电时变成硫酸铅的阴阳两极的海绵状铅把固定在其中的硫酸成分释放到电解液中,分别变成海绵状铅和氧化铅,电解液中的硫酸浓度不断变大;反之放电时阳极中的氧化铅和阴极板上的海绵状铅与电解液中的硫酸发生反应变成硫酸铅,而电解液中的硫酸浓度不断降低。
当铅酸蓄电池充电不足时,阴阳两极板的硫酸铅不能完全转化变成海绵状铅和氧化铅,如果长期充电不足,则会造成硫酸铅结晶,使极板硫化,电池品质变劣;反之如果电池过度充电,阳极产生的氧气量大于阴极的吸附能力,使得蓄电池内压增大,导致气体外溢,电解液减少,还可能导致活性物质软化或脱落,电池寿命大大缩短。
铅酸蓄电池重量比能量为28-40 Wh/Kg,体积比能量64-72 Wh/I,太重、太大,而提供的电能较少,使用寿命较短,作为电动自行车的动力电源一般只能够使用一年左右,若是性能差或使用不当的只有二、三个月。

Incorrect use can shorten battery life or cause leakage, overheating, fi re, or explosion.■Cautions: Handling the Batteries• Do not expose to water, fl ame, or heat, or store in warm or humid condi-tions.• Do not transport or store with metal objects such as necklaces or hairpins.• Do not disassemble or modify the batteries or battery casing.• Do not subject to strong physical shocks.• Do not use batteries that are leaking, deformed, or discolored.• Keep out of reach of infants and small children.• Insert in the correct orientation.• Do not mix old and new batteries, batteries with diff erent charge levels, or batteries of diff erent types.• If the flash will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries. Note that fl ash settings will be reset.• The batteries may be warm to the touch immediately after use. Turn the flash off and allow the batteries to cool before handling.• Battery capacity tends to decrease at low temperatures. Keep spare bat-teries in a pocket or other warm place and exchange as necessary. Cold batteries may recover some of their charge when warmed.• Fingerprints and other stains on the battery terminals can impair battery performance. 鎳氫電池由氫氧化鎳正極,儲氫合金負極,隔膜紙,電解液,鋼殼, 頂蓋,密封圈等組成。在圓柱形電池中,正負極用隔膜紙分開捲繞在一起 ,然後密封在鋼殼中的。在方形電池中,正負極由隔膜紙分開後疊成層狀 密封在鋼殼中。
電池容量越高越好嗎 ? 不同型號(特別是不同體積)的電池,他的容量越高,提供使用的時間越長.拋開體積和重 量的因素,當然容量越高越好. 但是同樣的電池型號,標稱容量(比如600mAh)也相同,實際測的初始容量不同:比如一個 為660mAh,另一個是605mAh,那麼660mAh的就比605mAh的好嗎. 實際情況可能是容量高的是因為電極材料中多了增加初始容量的東西,而減少了電極穩 定用的東西,其結果就是迴圈使用幾十次以後,容量高的電池迅速容量衰竭,而容量低的 電池卻依然堅挺.許多國內的電芯廠家往往以這個方式來獲得高容量的電池.而用戶使用 半年以後待機時間卻是差得一塌糊塗. 民用的那些AA鎳氫電池(就是五號電池),一般是1400mAh,卻也有標超高容量的(1600mAh), 道理也 是一樣. ★提高容量的代價就是犧牲迴圈壽命,廠家不在電池材料的改性上下文章,是不可能真正 "提高"電池容量的.
究竟買何種充電器要根據你的DC耗電情況,你的備用電池數,你的存儲卡的大小,拍照 的習慣甚至你的個性來決定。 這裏要提醒大家的是,根據我的實際經驗,決定我每次外出拍攝的時間長短的不是電池 ,而是我的存儲卡的容量!---我用A60,一組電池(4節次世代2100)能把128M卡拍滿還有 多的,我沒有筆記本電腦,所以相對於我的卡說,電池足夠用了,同時也沒必要多花買 快充----對我來說8-10小時充滿就夠了。 但如果你是個急性子,或者是喜歡“掃射“的拍照方式,那就要買快充或多配幾組電池 了。 另外要說明的是:慢充因為較安全,所以在選購時可以不必要求很知名的品牌;但快充 較危險,出於對你的人身、財產及電池安全的考慮,建議不要購買雜牌的!! 快充中最著名的就是三洋系列的了,從M53,54,55到M60,都很不錯,其他如超霸的,次 世代也可以,同時聽說鵬輝的快充性價比也很高。 現在100分鐘左右充満4節2100電池的充電器有不少,如三洋M60,超霸快速充電器,次世 代白金四驅套裝,鵬輝快充等,價格從250到60元,另外需要注意的是:一般快速充電器 都有充電時間限制(保護),所以能一次充滿的電池容量是有限制的!不過可以二次充電的 辦法解決。

Plug one end of the power cord or car charging adapter into the D4 charger. Plug the other end of the cord into an applicable outlet. To view the charging progress of a different charging slot press the side “SLOT” button to select a desired slot. 镍氢可充电电池以及充电电路Ni-HM Rechargeable Battery and Charger 上个星期,充电器莫名其妙地坏了,折腾了几天终于修复好了,从中了解到了不少的知识,所以写下来与大家分享。
那可是当年一千多买的外语通9188原装充电器,用了至少五年了吧,效果感觉很好,可是怎么就不明不白的挂了呢?于是自己拆开检修,里面一块电路板,上面电阻、电感、电容和二极管、三极管都还挺多,还有一个核心IC(AZ339比较器),果真不赖。
大致一看,并没有发现任何异常现象,且用万用表测变压器的220V输入端貌似开路。
然后初步判定是变压器坏了,当买回来新变压器的时候才想起来不是变压器的问题,因为在接通和断开电源的瞬间,指示灯会闪一下,而且再用万用表一测,变压器的220V输入端阻抗很大,但并未开路。
没搞清楚状况就下结论,真2。
再看了看充电电路板,崭新的,没有任何元件有损坏的迹象。
花了半天的时间把电路画了出来,又测量、分析了半天,越是糊涂了。
觉得整个充电电路的设计好奇怪,不知道是什么原理,真纳闷以前她是怎么正常充电的,而且效果也不错。
这两天在网上看到了一些关于可充电电池,充电电路之类的资料。
觉得原理挺清晰,也不是很麻烦,于是决定要拯救我的充电器。
下面是一个镍氢电池的典型充电电路。
1.基准电压Vref形成外接电源经插座X、二极管VD1后由电容C1滤波。
VD1起保护作用,防止外接电源极性反接时损坏TL431。
R3、R4、R5和TL431组成基准电压Vref,根据图中参数Vref= 2.5×(100+820)/820=2.80(v),这个数据主要是针对镍氢充电电池而设计(单节镍氢充电电池充满后电压约为1.40V)。
2.大电流充电(1)工作原理接入电源,电源指示灯LED(VD2)点亮。
装入电池(参考图片,实际上是用导线引出到电池盒,电池装在电池盒中),当电池电压低于Vref时,IC1-1输出低电平,VT1导通,输出大电流给电池充电。
