软磁铁氧体磁芯形状与尺寸标准1软磁铁氧体磁芯形状软磁铁氧体是软磁铁氧体材料和软磁铁氧体磁芯的总称。
软磁铁氧体磁芯是用软磁铁氧体材料制成的元件或零件,或是由软磁铁氧体材料根据不同形式组成的磁路。
磁芯的形状基本上由成型(形)模具决定,而成型(形)模具又根据磁芯的形状进行设计与制造。
磁芯按磁力线的路径大致可分两大类;磁芯按具体形状分,有各种各样。
1.1磁芯按磁力线路径分类磁芯按使用时磁化过程所产生磁力线的路径可分为开路磁芯和闭路磁芯两类。
第一类为开路磁芯。
这类磁芯的磁路是开启的(open magnetic circuits),通过磁芯的磁通同时要通过周围空间(气隙)才能形成闭合磁路。
开路磁芯的气隙占磁路总长度的相当部分,磁阻很大,磁路中的部分磁通在达到气隙以前就已离开磁芯形成漏磁通。
因而,开路磁芯在磁路各个截面上的磁通不相等,这是开路磁芯的特点。
由于开路磁芯存在大的气隙,磁路受到退磁场作用,使磁芯的有效磁导率μe比材料的磁导率μi有所降低,降低的程度决定于磁芯的几何形状及尺寸。
开路磁芯有棒形、螺纹形、管形、片形、轴向引线磁芯等等。
IEC 1332《软磁铁氧体材料分类》标准中称开路磁芯为OP类磁芯。
第二类磁芯为闭路磁芯。
这类磁芯的磁路是闭合的(closed magnetic circuits),或基本上是闭合的。
IEC 1332称闭路磁芯为CL类磁芯。
磁路完全闭合的磁芯最典型的是环形磁芯。
此外,还有双孔磁芯、多孔磁芯等等。
目前大量生产和使用的闭路磁芯是组合型的闭磁路磁芯,它由二个相同形状尺寸或不同形状尺寸的磁芯配对后才能形成闭合磁路,为EE、UU磁芯或EI、UI磁芯。
这类磁芯的接触面间可能存在气隙,组合后磁路不一定完全闭合,因此,组合型闭路磁芯的有效磁导率基本上等于磁芯材料的磁导率,但不完全等于磁芯材料的磁导率。
1.2磁芯按形状分类1.2.1中国的分类及形状符号SJ/T10213-91《铁氧体材料牌号与元件型号命名方法》规定了我国软磁铁氧体磁芯的类别及形状符号,见表1。

磁铁及其规格
在市场上各种不同特性的磁铁琳琅满目,几乎所有尺寸和外形都可以实现。
要激活磁簧开关,磁铁(磁场)是必须的,不同磁铁物料会有偏向正或负极的特性,主要取决于磁铁的尺寸,外形及环境因素。
其中圆柱形,长方形,环形和碟形的磁铁都是比较受欢迎的形状。
根据需求的多样化,磁铁可以由不同方法来磁化。
同时,每一种磁铁材料的磁力及磁通密度都有不同。
除尺寸及原料之外,还有一些其他因素的存在也可以影响到磁铁的强弱。
这些因素包括了安装位置,安装环境及能对磁簧传感器和磁铁的相互作用产生影响的其他磁场。
当应用磁铁来激活干簧感应器或开关时,安装环境的温度也需要考虑到(应用于仓储时也是如此)。
高温可能导致不可挽回的损坏并对磁力和长期的稳定性造成很大的影响。
在这方面铝镍钴磁铁是可以应用于高达450°C 的操作环境中的。

铝镍钴 - 磁铁
铝镍钴磁铁的原材料为镍铝合金、钴、铁和钛。
使用
烧结浇注法制成。
烧结之后需要经过打磨以达到最佳尺寸。
根据它的特性,最佳的尺寸是要明显长于磁铁本身的直径。
在与磁簧开关/磁簧传感器进行配合时,我们建议磁铁的长度/直径的比例大于4。
铝镍钴磁铁具有非常优秀的温度稳定性,但缺点是它的原材料价格较高。
圆柱状的铝镍钴磁铁可适用于所有MEDER 的磁簧传感器/开关。
磁铁物料的一般信息
磁铁的消磁特性分为可逆和不可逆两种,特别要注意避免撞击,震荡,太强或太近的磁场以及高温,所有这些因素都能不同程度的影响磁场强度和长期稳定性。
磁铁比较适合被安装在移动的部件上。
专业的磁簧开关与磁铁的组合能提升整个磁簧传感系统的功能性。
稀土类磁铁
稀土类磁铁如钐钴和钕铁硼 拥有最高的磁能积,并且最不容易被消磁。
以下来我们用不同磁铁在相同能源状况下作比较:
ü 铁氧体 = 体积6 cm3
ü 铝镍钴 = 体积 4 cm3
ü 钐钴 = 体积 1 cm3
ü 钕铁硼 = 体积 0.5 cm3
这两种磁铁都是由熔结工艺制造,由于材料的强度低且易碎,只能以打磨的方式加工。
操作温度范围高达250°C,而且可以做出很细的磁铁。
这种磁铁的缺点是原材料价格昂贵以及稀有金属数量有限。
不同形状,尺寸,磁性的磁铁的存在给予磁簧传感器/开关更大的创意空间,有助发掘传感器, 磁铁对每个应用发挥
最佳的效能。
硬铁氧体磁铁
硬铁氧体磁铁的制造原料包括氧化铁和氧化钡或氧化锶,这些原材料是混合在一起并且通常是预先做过了烧结处理以产生磁力。
然后将这些熔结混合物压碎,将得到的粉末在有磁场或无磁场的环境下压缩(湿或干)最后再次烧结。
制程中只能以打磨来加工。
由于原材料的价钱低,铁氧体磁铁是所有磁铁种类中价格最便宜的。
铁氧体有很好的绝缘效果,不易退磁不易腐蚀。
长而薄的外形最适合,而圆形的磁铁在制程上则比较容易。
缺点是它的易碎性和低拉伸强度,其强度和脆度与陶器类似,此外它的耐温性有限且磁能积低。
