文艺复兴时期的人文主义是新兴资产阶级反对基督教神学的思想武器,它以人性反对神性,以人权反对神权,他们批判天主教会的禁欲主义,肯定人拥有永远享受人间一切快乐的权利。

某某改革时期的人文主义与文艺复兴时期的人文主义基本思想的是相通的,只不过它侧重某某领域的思想。

这一时期的人文主义主要是指反对天主教会的某某特权,提倡个性解放,使人们从罗马天主教的束缚下解脱出来,获得更多的自由。

毕竟某某改革只是在对神的信仰的牢笼之内所进行的改革,如马丁路德后来强调对人的罪恶本性的看法,认为只有靠神的干预才能赎免除。
