方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月在潍坊医学院附属医院康复科实习的30名传统康复治疗的医学生,用随机数表法将学生分为两组,每组15名。

对照组行常规模式开展带教工作,观察组行“三段式”针灸技能训练开展带教工作。

比较两组学生训练前后针灸操作技能评分、出科成绩、学习效果。

结果训练前,两组针灸操作技能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

训练后,观察组针灸操作技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

观察组医学生出科成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

观察组医学生学习效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论“三段式”针灸技能训练在临床带教中的应用能有效提升医学生对针灸操作技能的掌握能力与水平,增强学生对针灸相关理论知识、实践技能的掌握能力,同时还能有效提升学生学习的效果。

Methods30 medical students of traditional rehabilitation therapy who were interned in the Department of Rehabilitation of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected, and the students were divided into two groups of 15 each using the ran⁃dom number table method. The control group carried out the teaching work in conventional mode, and the observa⁃tion group carried out the teaching work in "three-stage" acupuncture skill training.Acupuncture operation skill scores, discharge scores, and learning effects were compared between the two groups of students before and after training. Results Before training, there was no statistically significant difference in acupuncture operation skill scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After training, the acupuncture operation skill score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Medical students' dis⁃charge scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The learning effect scores of medical students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of "three-stage" acupuncture skills training in clinical teaching can effectively improve medical students' mastery and level of acupuncture operation skills. ??? 检查焊接面和元件面
从修正工序流过来的电路板,必须经过检查焊接面和元件面这两道工序。

第一节检查焊接面
检查焊接面的主要目的是检查修正工序中有否全部焊好,是否还有连焊、虚焊、漏焊、元件脚未出等不良 ;同时,还要检查是否有遗留的未剪管脚,并用毛刷清扫焊接面等;对重不良待修部位则用不良品胶纸贴住以示区别;对有怀疑的焊点可用4倍或10倍放大镜观察。

 
●以下两点须特别注意: 
1、插排间的拉丝连焊,如图(29)所示。

第二节检查元件面
检查元件面主要是要检查元件是否插到位、浮起、插反、错插、漏插等不良。

尤其是插排的插反、二极管及电解电容等有极性元件须特别注意,如图(31)所示。

对重不良待修部位在相应焊接面位置贴上不良品标鉴标识之。

检查焊接面和元件面与操作者的仔细认真有关,所以,要求我们的操作者一定要仔细认真方可将错误减少至最少,直到没有错误为止。

第五章修理
修理工序,除了焊接之外,还必须要会在印制板上拆元件和装元件,以及清洗焊接面等技巧。

??节 拆卸工具
在拆卸过程中,主要要用的工具有:电烙铁、吸锡枪、镊子等。

本节主要介绍吸锡枪的结构及使用和保养。

 
??吸锡枪的结构 
我们部门使用的吸锡枪是白光公司的HAKO-484型吸锡枪,该种吸锡枪属于高级吸锡器具的一种,所以必须对吸锡枪的结构有所了解才能正确使用好。

吸锡枪主要由吸锡控制器、吸锡枪泵、吸锡枪架等组成,如图(32)所示。

??吸锡枪的使用 
● 步骤: 
1、连接吸锡枪 
(1)、将电源装置插入标有“IRON”的插座中。

 
(2)、将软管连接到标有“VACUUM”的真空出口处。

 
(3)、检查以上两步连接好,确认无误后,打开电源,确保电源指示灯亮。

 
(4)、打开电源10分钟后,才能开始除锡工作。

 
2、吸锡 
(1)熔化焊锡 
将吸嘴触及焊点处,然后熔化焊锡。

 
3、吸入焊锡 
确认焊锡已完全熔化后,挤压吸锡扳机就能吸入已熔化的焊锡。

 
● 注意: 
1、吸锡枪发热不足时,勿使用焊枪,否则吸嘴或发热钢管可能被冷却焊锡所阻塞。

 
2、如果吸锡枪未彻底吸净焊锡,遗留有残余的焊锡时应先把元件重新焊接,再重复吸锡程序,清除元件上的焊锡。

 
3、软管切勿受到破坏,如汤伤、刮伤等。

 
??吸锡器的保养 
1、初次使用吸锡枪时,新吸嘴有镀屑,发热后挤压吸锡枪扳机,吸入过滤钢管。

 
2、每使用吸嘴150 ̄200次吸锡后,须用清理扳手或清洁针来清理吸嘴。

 
3、每使用发热钢管800 ̄1000次吸锡后,须用清洁针来清理发热钢管。

 
4、每次按开电源开关前,先清理吸嘴与发热钢管,不用时松开吸嘴,以免吸嘴与
发热钢管受阻塞或“冷却”。

第二节元件的拆卸
焊接在印制板上的元件,有的是实装机插的,表现在焊接面上就呈倒角式样;而有的是手插元件,在焊接面上是直直的管脚透过焊锡。

这两种插元件的不同方式就导致了元件的拆卸上有不同之处。

?? 手插元件的拆卸
1、手插元件的拆卸比较简单,在一般场合中,主要分为以下几类: 
(1) 、元件管脚≤3根的场合时,可以直接用烙铁将元件管脚上的焊锡先融化,然后再将其取出; 
(2) 、对于插排、单列直插式多脚元件(如单列IC、排阻等),可先上适量的焊锡在待拆元件管脚上,然后将烙铁在融化的焊锡中来回运动即可卸下该元
件,如图(33)所示。

(3) 、对于双列、四列封装的IC,也是用同样的方法在双列或四列脚都上锡 ,然后用烙铁均匀地来回转动,待焊锡都融化了,元件就可卸下来。

2、在要求较高的场合,就必须使用吸锡器先将元件管脚上的焊锡吸净,然后再将其卸下,如图(35)所示。

?? 机插元件的拆卸
机插元件的拆卸比较困难,因为在印制板上存在倒角问题。

为了解决倒角,需要一把镊子,具体步骤为: 
1、右手握住烙铁将锡点融化。

 
2、右手继续对准锡点加热,左手拿着镊子,对准锡点中倒角并将之夹紧后掰直,如图(36)所示。

3、用吸锡枪将焊锡吸净,然后取出元件或在融化焊锡状态时将元件直接取出。

后者用
于要求不高的场合。

第三节元件的安装
元件的安装是元件拆卸的逆过程,因此,学会了拆卸元件来做安装元件是比较简单了。

具体安装元件的步骤主要分为以下几步: 
1、对已拆卸过元件的焊盘孔进行挑孔。

 
● 注意: 
挑孔时烙铁放在焊盘上的时间不要太长,否则易引起铜箔翘起。

 
2、将完好无误的元件装入相应的PCB孔中。

 
●注意: 
元件装入前要注意有极性元件不要装反,而且要将元件的标称值符号放在易观察的位置,以便检查之用。

 
3、根据前几章所学的焊接知识进行焊接,并检查焊点是否接受。

 
4、对已焊好元件的管脚,看其是否符合工艺要求,对不符合要求的管脚必须作剪脚处理。

第四节焊接面的清洗
电路板经过波峰焊和手工焊修补后难免会留下一些松香渍,助焊剂等污染板面清洁度。

随着时间的积累将会腐蚀线路板等。

为了保证板面的清洁度,必须对电路板的焊接面进行清洗。

?? 清洗工具准备
1、毛刷;要求刷毛要有一定硬度,比如,铜丝刷毛等。

2、白布:要求白布本身要清,不褪丝毛等。

3、酒精瓶(泵):要求能将酒精压出,方便清洗。

二、清洗步骤:
● 步骤:
先把毛刷用清洗剂清洗干净;若有脏污,则用毛刷垫沾有清洗剂的白布来回清
洗锡点和板面,直到洗净为止。

● 注意;
清洗剂不要用得太多,特别是不要流到其他元件,比如,插座、插头、开关等,以防影响其整机的电气性能。

附录
焊接面的可接受条件
一、接收要求 
从润湿的物理角度看,焊料的金属界面要求有一个低于或接近零的接触角,不能根据表面外形来判断是否润湿。

低于或接近于零的接触角仅作为参考。

 
如果部件的原表面没有被焊料合金润湿,通常被认为是不润湿情况,这表明接触角度超过90度。

 
焊接的目标情况为表面光泽且光滑润湿,焊接的连接面呈半弓月形凹面,高温焊接时可能外观较暗,要谨慎进行焊点的返工,以免产生别的问题使结果不符合适用级别的允收
二、目标第1,2,3 级 
焊点外观基本平滑,与部件润湿良好,部件轮廓清晰,焊料与焊件交界处平滑过渡,焊点成凹形。

 
以上两点所述,可用图(37)表示之。

三、允收第1,2,3 级 
焊料合金混合物引脚或印制板都镀在一起;在正常情况下,特殊的焊接过程(如大块PWB 板的慢速冷却)中,外观可能呈暗淡灰白或粒状等现象但焊接必须润湿成小于90度的接触角,除焊料要求延伸到焊盘边缘或要求形成焊料保护层之外。

 
四、有缺陷第1,2,3 级 
●由于不润湿焊点表面有球状物或珠粒焊点成凸形焊料未形成平滑面,如图(38)所示。
