攻克难关英语作文Overcoming ChallengesLife is full of challenges, big and small. Every day we face difficulties and obstacles that we have to find a way to overcome. As a young student, I've already had to deal with many challenges in my short life. Some were as simple as learning to tie my shoes or memorize my multiplication tables. Others were bigger, like making new friends after moving to a new school or dealing with a bully on the playground. No matter how big or small the challenge, I've learned that with determination and perseverance, I can overcome anything that comes my way.One of the first major challenges I can remember facing was learning to read. In the beginning, it felt so difficult and frustrating. All those little letters and words just looked like scrambled nonsense to me. I remember feeling embarrassed in class when I struggled to sound out simple words while my classmates seemed to breeze through the reading lessons. I wanted to give up so many times, but my parents and teachers kept encouraging me to keep trying. Little by little, through lots of practice and patience, those letters started making sense and I began to read! That feeling of accomplishment when I read my first book from cover to cover is something I'll never forget.Since then, I've encountered many more academic challenges like struggling with fractions, writing essays, and comprehending math word problems. Each time I want to throw in the towel, I remind myself of how I overcame learning to read.I take a deep breath, ask for help if I need it, and keep working at it until I understand. Finally, after lots of encouragement from my parents, I confided in my teacher about what was happening. She was able to step in and put a stop to the bullying. I learned that bottling up my problems only makes them harder to overcome. By being brave and asking for help, I was able to overcome a difficult social situation.Physical and athletic challenges have been some of the toughest for me. I've never been the most coordinated or skilled when it comes to sports. In fact, I was terrified of many physical activities as a child because I was so afraid of failing or getting hurt. In kindergarten, I refused to go down the playground slide because the height scared me so much. My parents encouraged me to face this fear little by little instead of avoiding it altogether. First, they had me just climb up the few stairs to the platform. Once I was comfortable with that, they motivated me to try sitting down on the top before sliding down. It took many weeksof little baby steps, but eventually I was able to conquer my fear and happily went soaring down that slide.That experience taught me a valuable lesson about not letting fear hold me back from trying new things. When I wanted to play basketball in third grade but was nervous about not being good at it, I remembered that playground slide victory. I signed up for the team and, while I definitely wasn't the star player, I improved little by little with each practice just by being willing to try my best. Attempting something new is hard, but avoiding it entirely due to fear of failure is far worse.One of the biggest challenges I've had to overcome is when I was diagnosed with asthma as a young child. Having an illness that makes it difficult to breathe felt very scary, especially as an elementary school kid. I had to be very careful about staying away from triggers like dust, smoke, or strenuous exercise that could bring on an asthma attack. I also had to take daily medication and always have my emergency inhaler on hand just in case. While this was difficult to adjust to at first, I learned that having asthma doesn't have to hold me back as long as I am proactive about managing it. With some lifestyle adjustments and vigilance about my health needs, I can still live an active, normal life like other kids my age.As I look back on all the challenges, both big and small, that I've encountered in my young life so far, I've realized that the obstacles themselves are not what define us. It's how we react and deal with those difficulties that shows our true strength and resilience. I've learned that I'm far braver, stronger, and more capable than I ever imagined just from pushing myself to overcome my fears, frustrations, and failures. With hard work, patience, and determination, any challenge or setback can be transformed into an amazing opportunity for growth andself-discovery. While challenges are never easy or fun, getting through them and coming out stronger on the other side is one of the most rewarding feelings in the world. 他需要一匹马，在长安城有一匹马，平时在大街上驮东西，结果选中了，选中之后呢，就准备去西域去取经。
这匹马呢,它有个很好的朋友，是头驴子。
平时驴子都在磨坊里面磨麦子。
这匹马临走之前就跟它的好朋友道别。
它们找了个咖啡厅坐下来，不知道说些什么。
道别完之后就走了。
一走呢走了十七年。
十七年之后这匹马就驮着满满的佛经回到了长安城。
它们受到了英雄般的欢迎。
这匹马也一举成名。
这匹马就回到它当年的好朋友驴子的磨坊里面。

是不是还在磨呀？这匹马说：“我和唐大师当年，平均每天也走八小时，这十七年我走的路程和你走的路程是差不多的。
可是关键在于我们当年我们朝着一个非常遥远的目标，这个目标有多遥远，非常的遥远根本看不到边，可是我们方向明确，今天就终成正果。
”很多人，你也出来拼20年，他也出来拼20年，为什么成绩会不一样，因为曾经何时，有一批人目标明确、方面明确，虽然很遥远，可是朝着心目中的目标去走。
有很多人还在园地里面磨呀磨，当今后我们跟他讲什么叫生活方式的时候，他们就会双只眼睛瞪着你，流着口水，跟你说：“你的经验可真丰富呀，我们连想都不敢想想呀。
”各位朋友，你们敢不敢想？你们想成为这匹马呢，还是想成为这头驴子呢？我现在所从事的是外贸工作，在宁波江东科技园区那边的一家公司，公司的规模也比较大，我们公司现在下面五家子公司，其中三家分别在北京、深圳和南京，总部和另外两家子公司分别坐落在科技园区和大榭经济开发区。
有这样规模的公司也实属许多人的工作向往之地，包括以前的我也是同样。
我以前从事的是计算机行业，刚出社会工作所从事的工作就是计算机网络开发方面的工作，像软件开发、大中型的企业、商务网站的开发、以及二维动画设计等，说实在我非常喜欢这个行业这份工作，也是因为我喜欢才能够掌握这样的技能，讲到这里我给大家一个建议，无论你想学什么东西，你如果想要学好的话，你就必须让自己喜欢它，必须转变自己的思维观念，因为今天你如果不喜欢自己所学的东西，你是不会彻底的下决心的，而在你有其它事情也要一起忙的时候，你就不会把这件事情放在第一位，因为事情有四种：一种是重要且紧急的事情，另一种是重要但不紧急的事情，还有一种是不重要但紧急的事情，最后还有一种是不重要也不紧急的事情。
我不知道在座的各位，你平时都是在做哪一类事情比较多一些呢？因为我们不管是在工作也好，学习也好，总会有旧的问题不断解决，新的问题不断产生，每天都有忙不完事情，如果我们不能够调整好自己的时间更有效率的学习或工作的话，那么我们永远都不可能成功的。
那就是为什么我们有许多的同学同样都是大学三年，有些人能力很强，一出社会就马上能够找到一份非常好的工作，而有些人却找不到工作，还很会自我安慰的说：“我还要想回到家里去找工作，我的家里人都叫我回去工作等等。
”你们有没有听到身边有许多的人都这样说呢？这说明什么呢？这说明他不能够在这个城市中立足，这说明他不能够适应这个飞速发展的社会。
如果你不想来这个城市发展的话，你会选择这所学校吗？你们自己所在的地区也有大学呀，为什么那边不读要跑到宁波来呢？对不对？这一些就是那些有能力的同学跟没有能力的同学的最大的区别，能力又是从哪里来的呢，就是在平时的日常生活当中煅炼出来的，他们就知道要做重要的事情而不只是做紧急的事情，如果你只是一味的做紧急的事情，那么我告诉你，你这一辈子都有做不完的紧急事情，你拼个一辈子也不如别人做一阵子，是不是有这份感觉？所以我建议大家，抽点时间出来好好的想一想，哪些是对你的将来起着决定性的事情，哪些事情是可以缓一缓的，哪些事情是原本没那么急的，而你却把它看的很急，非得现在去做不可的事情，所以我们要成功必须要养成成功的习惯，我们要去做重要的事情，而不是只去做紧急的事情。
所以当你想到这一点的时候你就会花时间，想法办让自己喜欢上原本不喜欢去做的但非常重要的事情，就像我自己就是一个非常典型的例子，我原先是一个非常讨厌学英文的人，只要一上英语课，我的头就要痛，除了扒在桌上睡觉以外就真的是没有其它事情可以做的了，那时候的英语水平真的是差到了极点了，我可以非常绝对的讲，台下在座的各位没有一个人的英语水平能够比我更差了，你们信吗？我除了上初中一年级时的第一次英文考试及格过以外，我就再也没有及格过了，可以这么讲，这英文的26个字母分开来我认识，但合起来就是它认识我，我不认识他了呀。
各位，你们当中还有比我更差的吗？我相信一定没有的。
直到我上了高，那时我开始意识到英文的重要性了，我开始变得要想读书了，想考大学，但我非常清楚的知道，就算我其它各科成绩都还可以，英语如果很差的话是不可能考上的，再说了那时我其它各科的成绩也都还是很差的，不过再怎么差也差不过英语了，毕竟这是国语对吧。
因为我要考大学，所以我必须要学好英文，可是呢，在那个时候，我也只是出于无耐强迫自己去学的，没有说怎么想办法让自己去喜欢它而去学的。
所以那时候我就怎么使劲的学，怎么使劲的记就是学不会，记不住，各位，学英语是不是主要是靠记和练的呀？当你没有重视它，喜欢它的时候，你能记得住吗？就算记住了，你又能记多久呢？我当初就是经常做这些的蠢事，头一天我就死记硬背，好不容易被我记住了一些，可是当第二天一觉醒来的时候，我就发觉自己的脑子已经一片空白，前一天好不容易记下来的东西已经全部还给老师了。
我相信台下在座的肯定有许多人都有跟我一样的经历，然而对此就非常的奥恼，对不对，最后呢，觉得记来记去反正是要还给老师的，干脆就不记了，就这样直到现在都还是没有学会，然而就一直的抱怨下去，每当有人讲起英文的时候，就总是要给人家泼冷水，说什么：“我们是中国人，不要讲洋话或着说你不要讲鸟语，我们都听不懂等等。
