首先我介绍下我自己，我是园的英语主管，今年是我在幼儿园工作的第7个年头，从我在这个幼儿园工作开始，我园对英语教育一直以来都很重视，我们为幼儿订购了专门的英语教材，有课本和练习册，并附有配套的英语碟，我们每个班每天都安排有英语课，教师在上岗前也都会做专业的培训。
整个英语组的教学都是严格按照学期计划，月计划进行，并会在单元结束后发放练习册，请家长在家里辅导孩子的作业，培养孩子按时完成老师当天布置的小任务的习惯。
平时请家长还要督促孩子在家每天要看半个小时的英语碟，中大班有条件的家长在家要督促和辅导孩子对本月的学习类容进行书本阅读，进行英语对话，既可以提升英语学习的兴趣，还能让孩子学有所用，增加孩子学习的积极性。
我们努力为孩子们创造的英语学习的这个条件，希望家长朋友们重视，并且积极配合。
随着全球化的推进，中国与世界的交往不断的深化、合作领域不断扩大，英语将来在学生就业和终身发展中的作用只会上升不会下降。
在未来的不久，他将和我们的普通话一样，成为一个普遍需要。
下面我介绍下幼儿园开展的英语主题的活动：
1.英语广场：为了拓展幼儿的知识面，
2.各类活动：复活节让孩子了解外国的节日文化，理解不同国家的风俗习惯，学会接纳多元文化差异，学会相互尊重，相互理解，最终促进幼儿对文化的尊重，宽容和接纳意识。
同时也开拓幼儿国际化的视野。
3.我们上学期也进行了一系列的活动：圣诞节，万圣节小型活动，小型活动，端午节，父亲节等小型活动，六一大型活动。
让幼儿在学习英语的同时，也对其进行了传统节日的教育，来源于生活，节日教育活动特有的情境性，实践性娱乐性，使幼儿在自然，宽松，愉快的氛围中主动参与实践，接受教育。
4. 我们每周开展英语广场，邀请各个班级的幼儿表演英文节目。
加强英文的学习氛围，锻炼幼儿胆识，培养幼儿英语口语能力，拓展幼儿的知识面，加强英文的学习氛围，也增加了孩子学习的兴趣。
