动词的-ed 形式及其短语 一、概念及构成
动词的-ed 形式,即传统语法中的过去分词。它也是一 种非谓语动词形式(少数有不规则变化形式);当它后面带了 宾语或状语时,就被称作动词的-ed 短语,即传统语法中的 过去分词短语。及物动词的-ed 形式表示被动或既表被动又 表完成,不及物动词的-ed 形式只表示完成。
2.过去分词作定语时的位置 (1)前置定语:单个的过去分词作定语,通常放在被修饰 的名词之前。 The broken vase has been thrown outside. 那个打碎的花瓶已被扔到外面去了。 The injured workers are now being taken good care of in the hospital. 受伤的工人们现在在医院里被照顾得很好。
