During the school week I have to get up so early, it will feel like a total luxury to stay snuggled up in my cozy bed for as long as I want. Once I finally wake up, I'll have a huge breakfast. I'mtalking pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, hash browns, the works! Mom makes the best breakfasts ever. I'll need all that energy for my awesome weekend activities.After breakfast, my best friend Johnny is coming over and we're going to have an epic Nerf battle throughout the entire house. We've been planning this for weeks. We made forts and barriers out of couch cushions and blankets in the living room. We can hide behind them and ambush each other with our Nerf blasters. I've got the mega mastodon blaster with the rotating drums that can hold like a thousand foam darts. Johnny only has the little single shot ones, so I'll definitely have the advantage. We're going to run around shooting each other for hours and hours. Hopefully we don't make too big of a mess or break anything!When we get tired of the Nerf war, Johnny and I are going to have an epic video game marathon. We'll set up on the big TV downstairs with all our snacks and sodas and just play games until our brains turn to mush. I just got the new Cosmic Conflicts game for my birthday, so we'll play through the whole story mode together. Then we can play some classic party games like Super Smash Tourney and see who is the ultimate champion. Mythumbs are going to be massively calloused from all that button mashing.Finally, on Sunday my family is going to go to the indoor water park and lazy river resort they just opened at the mall. It looks like a ton of fun - they have huge swirling water slides, a giant wave pool, and the lazy river where you can just float along on inner tubes. I've never been to an indoor water park before, so I can't wait to check it out. They even have a little kids area with smaller slides and sprayers that my baby sister can play in while us big kids go crazy on the huge slides. I'm going to ride them over and over again until they kick us out at closing time. I'll be pruney like a raisin by the end of the day!Ugh, now I'm just getting myself excited thinking about this amazing weekend ahead.
