Promoting Social and Emotional Learning in Schools
IntroductionSocial and emotional learning (SEL) refers to the process of acquiring and applying the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to understand and manage emotions, establish and maintain positive relationships, make responsible decisions, and effectively communicate. SEL plays a vital role in students' overall well-being and academic success. Recognizing its significance, schools worldwide are increasingly promoting SEL to cultivate students' social and emotional development. In this article, we will delve into the importance of promoting SEL in schools and discuss various strategies and benefits associated with this approach. Why Should Schools Promote SEL?Enhancing Personal Well-beingSince SEL focuses on understanding and managing emotions, it helps students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empathy. By recognizing their own emotions, students can effectively manage stress, anxiety, and conflicts. Moreover, SEL provides them with the skills to empathize with others and build positive relationships, leading to increased self-esteem, resilience, and overall well-being.Improving Academic PerformanceSEL is not limited to personal development; it also positively impacts academic achievement. The ability to manage emotions, set goals, and maintain motivation are all essential for success in academic endeavors. Additionally, improved social skills, such as effective communication and collaboration, contribute to better classroom engagement, teamwork, and problem-solving. This, in turn, leads to enhanced learning outcomes and academic performance.Nurturing Future CitizensIn today's interconnected world, the ability to navigate diverse cultures, perspectives, and ideas is crucial. SEL equips students with the necessary tools to understand, respect, and appreciate differences among individuals and communities. By promoting SEL, schools play a vital role in shaping future citizens who are capable of contributing positively to society, promoting tolerance, and embracing diversity.Strategies for Promoting SEL in SchoolsThere are various strategies that schools can employ to effectively promote SEL among students. Let's explore some of these approaches:Implement SEL CurriculumIntegrating SEL into the curriculum ensures that students receive explicit instruction and practice in social and emotional skills. Schools can design and implement specific lessons and activities focusing on self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. By dedicating curriculum time to SEL, schools emphasize its importance and provide structured opportunities for students to develop and apply these skills.Build Positive School ClimateCreating a positive and inclusive school environment is crucial for promoting SEL. Schools can foster a sense of belonging, respect, and support among students and staff through various strategies. This includes promoting kindness and empathy, establishing clear behavior expectations, implementing restorative practices, and providing opportunities for student voice and participation. A positive school climate facilitates social and emotional growth by ensuring that students feel safe, valued, and respected.Train Educators in SELTo effectively promote SEL, educators themselves need to possess a strong understanding of social and emotional skills. Schools should provide professional development opportunities for teachers toenhance their knowledge and abilities in SEL. By equipping educators with the necessary tools and strategies, schools empower them to model and incorporate SEL skills into their teaching practices. This, in turn, creates a more conducive environment for students to develop and apply these skills.Collaborate with Families and Communities Promoting SEL is most effective when there is a partnership between schools, families, and the broader community. Schools should involve parents and caregivers in SEL initiatives and provide them with information and resources to support their children's social and emotional development. Furthermore, schools can collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to create additional opportunities for students to apply and practice SEL skills outside of the classroom. Together, these collaborative efforts create a unified and comprehensive approach to promoting SEL.Embed SEL Across SubjectsTo maximize the impact of SEL, it should not be limited to specific lessons or activities. Schools can embed SEL principles and practices across various subjects and areas of the curriculum. For example, English classes can incorporate literature that explores emotional intelligence and empathy, while math classes can emphasize problem-solving and decision-making skills. By integrating SEL into different subjects, schools reinforce the relevance and applicability of these skills in various real-life contexts.Benefits of Promoting SEL in SchoolsThe promotion of SEL in schools yields numerous benefits for students, teachers, and the overall school community. Let's explore some of these advantages:Improved Mental Health and Well-beingPromoting SEL in schools has a direct impact on students' mental health and overall well-being. By developing self-awareness and emotional regulation skills, students are better equipped to manage stress, anxiety, and conflicts. SEL interventions also contribute to increased resilience and improved coping mechanisms. Consequently, students are more likely to experience positive mental health outcomes, reducing the prevalence of mental health issues among the school population. Enhanced Social SkillsSEL equips students with a range of social skills that are essential for establishing and maintaining positive relationships. Through explicit instruction and practice, students learn effective communication, active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. These socialcompetencies enable them to navigate social interactions with confidence and empathy, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.Increased Academic AchievementResearch has consistently shown that promoting SEL positively impacts academic achievement. By enhancing self-management skills, students are able to set and work towards goals effectively. Additionally, the improved ability to manage emotions and regulate attention leads to better classroom engagement and concentration. Moreover, the development of relationship skills promotes effective collaboration and teamwork, contributing to enhanced learning outcomes. Reduction in Behavioral IssuesPromoting SEL in schools has been associated with a reduction in disciplinary issues and behavioral problems. By improving self-regulation skills and empathy, students are less likely to engage in disruptive behaviors or bullying. Moreover, explicit instruction in responsible decision-making equips students with the ability to make thoughtful choices, reducing impulsive and risky behaviors.Positive School ClimateSEL has a profound impact on the overall school climate. By promoting kindness, respect, and empathy, schools create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. This positive school climate enhances students' sense of belonging and connectedness. Students feel safe and supported, leading to increased motivation, engagement, and overall satisfaction with the school experience.Long-term Success in LifeThe benefits of promoting SEL extend beyond academic achievements and the school setting. SEL skills are fundamental for success in various aspects of life. By acquiring and applying social and emotional skills, students are better equipped to handle challenges, navigate relationships, and make responsible decisions in their personal and professional lives. These skills are essential for future success, employability, and overall well-being.ConclusionPromoting social and emotional learning in schools is of utmost importance for students' holistic development. By implementing various strategies such as integrating SEL into the curriculum, building a positive school climate, training educators, collaborating with familiesand communities, and embedding SEL across subjects, schools can effectively promote the social and emotional development of their students. The benefits of promoting SEL extend beyond improved mental health and academic achievement. SEL equips students with essential life skills, creating a positive and inclusive school environment, and nurturing future citizens who are resilient, empathetic, and able to thrive in an interconnected world. As schools continue to prioritize SEL, they play a crucial role in shaping a brighter future for individuals and society as a whole.。

At the same time, the characteristics of primary school English subjects are different from other subjects. Elementary school dictation English class should use situational teaching method to improve the quality of teaching. First of all, situational teaching can provide listening and speaking opportunities for oral English teaching, so that students can actively participate in the creation of a foreign language environment. Secondly, the ultimate goal of learning English is to use oral communication. This kind of mechanical and boring practice is of little help to oral English practice. The situational teaching method provides a more realistic or virtual communication platform for English teaching to fully practice the oral communication ability of English, and provides language communication opportunities for learners to solve practical problems in simulated situations. The author of this study classified the relevant theoretical basis of the situational teaching method, and used literature research methods and questionnaire survey methods to study the application of situational education methods in primary school English teaching. This article analyzes the situational teaching methods applicable to primary school dictation and English classrooms, finds out the problems of applying situational teaching methods to primary school dictation English classrooms, analyzes related reasons, and proposes improvement measures. I hope to enhance the effectiveness of situational teaching method in primary school English classroom. Keywords: Situational Teaching Method; Primary School Class; Oral English; Teaching StrategyContents内容摘要 (i)Abstract (ii)I. Introduction1.1 Research backgroundAfter several years of educational reform, the English oral classroom at elementary schools has changed to varying degrees through the continuous development of teaching concepts and teaching methods. While our country emphasizes the importance of oral education in educational links for all ages, the majority of scholars conduct effective educational research on oral education of students and use some advanced educational concepts in oral education. But I am not satisfied. The language environment is always an objective obstacle that students cannot overcome. Our students are mainly in a closed educational environment, mainly based on the knowledge of the books, using textbooks to create so-called linguistic situations, ignoring the most authentic language environments. Students feel nervous and anxious due to emotional disturbances in oral communication. Even fear can make students lose confidence in their conversation and make verbal communication difficult. Of course, this kind of oral English classroom does not come into contact with reality, but gradually falls apart because it causes great obstacles to the limitations of students' linguistic knowledge and learning of students' linguistic communication, vocabulary basics, grammar, and other knowledge. Students learn Chinese and English in a fantastic and unrealistic environment. You can train students with high grammar and reading comprehension skills, but you cannot easily and effectively communicate and experience foreign cultures using English. This phenomenon has always been a chronic problem in our oral English learning.Of course, some teachers are aware of the importance of spoken English, but they are limited by their own teaching quality and lack of listening and speaking teaching ability, which leads to the superficial form of spoken English teaching.1.2 Research objectives and significanceAfter a more comprehensive study and research, the author feels the importance of the practical ability of language communication and the combination of situations. Situational teaching creates a lot of learning opportunities for students and increases the opportunities for students to speak English, so that they can more easily master oral English skills. Of course, some scholars believe that situational teaching is not omnipotent, and it is not as effective as it advertises. Although situational teachingseems to make the classroom teaching atmosphere lively and interesting, the timeliness of classroom results needs to be investigated. They believe that there are a lot of them.some problems such as wasting teaching time, compressing teaching knowledge, etc. Situational teaching is not omnipotent in language teaching, and there will be different problems. However, it plays an indispensable role in language teaching and has a profound impact on our oral English classroom today. The application research of situational teaching in oral English classroom is very necessary. This thesis combines situational teaching and oral English teaching, explores the most direct connection between them, and explores the feasibility of combining situational teaching and oral English teaching and practical operation. Based on the analysis of situational teaching, try to carry out the reform of oral teaching, find a fusion point between the two, maximize the effect of oral classroom teaching and teaching efficiency.1.3 Research status1.3.1 The General DefinitionRegarding “scene”, what the author sees from the “Modern Chinese Dictionary”refers to situations and scenes (in specific occasions). Zhang Jianzhong's definition of “scene”in “Foreign Language Pedagogy”is: “learning new language knowledge, skills, and various environments that affect listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities”. It can be seen from this that the “scene”contains two parts, namely: the social language environment and the learner's own personality characteristics. Among them, the social language environment has a greater impact on learners. Linguist Zhang Zhiyuan believes that “scene refers to the various sceneries, characters, scenes and environments used and designed in foreign language teaching activities.” Situational teaching is a method of teaching using “scenarios”. A point of view that can summarize situational teaching.Situational education, also known as audio-visual among many people, means that learners learn through audio-visual. Here, “seeing”refers to a specific scene, including some videos and animations, while “listening”refers to listening to a specific sound by listening to recordings and other people's speech. Using optimal real-world scenes, students associate new language material with the realities of their lives so that students can really feel the situation and achieve the purpose of learning. The story of "Fish and Cow" perfectly shows the importance of the situation. Theclass scene of the class image in the field can make the knowledge clearer and more accurate to the students, and the live class scene in the field class is the student's interest. And increase learning participation and interest, so the use of English contextual education in elementary school can overcome the shortcomings of traditional education.1.3.2 The Principles of Situational Language TeachingAuthenticity: The situational teaching method makes classroom forms flexible and diverse, and the teaching atmosphere is relaxed and energetic. Before teaching, teachers must make sufficient preparations to effectively reflect the authenticity of the teaching principles of situational teaching. The situational design should not have a huge difference with the students' daily life experience. It should be involved in the students' real life or closely connected with their daily life. The use of situational teaching methods puts forward higher requirements for teachers' teaching management ability and selection of teaching resources. For example, the selection of teaching content must be targeted, pay attention to the level and rationality of teaching content selection, and follow the principle of step-by-step teaching. The easy and difficult teaching rules organize the teaching content to prevent teachers from turning the teaching content into a subsidiary of teaching methods and reduce the effectiveness of teaching.Participation: The key to contextual training is to design a clear and diverse educational context that is compatible with the educational content. Students must be fully engaged and combine their own knowledge and experience so that they can properly solve the practical problems involved and that the student's experience and emotionalism can focus on the internalization of learning and knowledge. Therefore, when designing the scene, students observe the educational scene and provide educational resources with the help of multimedia. Under the appropriate supervision of teachers, education is more flexible and open (Zhu Haiyan, 2021). Intuitive educational environment stimulates students' psychological resonance, which is smoothly related to students' cognition, creates educational content closely related to students' emotions, helps to recognize and understand educational content, internalizes the English spoken by students, and provides high quality education. goal.Communicativeness: Communicativeness is the ultimate goal of learning a second language. It cultivates students' daily communication skills and uses the second language flexibly to express their communication intentions in specific situations, so that students can not only speak sentences that meet grammaticalstandards, but also according to different occasions. Choose proper and authentic sentence expressions based on character relationships, locations, etc., to make communication smooth and enjoy the fun of communication. Therefore, the teaching focuses on cultivating students'communicative skills, creating communication bridges, and using scenario settings to reduce communication gaps. The second language is not a simple sentence recitation or sentence practice activity, but the actual and effective communication activities using oral language, so that the communicator can understand each other's feelings happily and realize the meaning of oral communication.Pedagogicality: Any teaching method must not ignore its pedagogical nature. In teaching, guide students to learn based on the teaching goal, and avoid deviation from the teaching focus, ignoring teaching difficulties, making teaching superficial and failing to complete the teaching goal. Pay attention to excavating the connotation of textbooks, and lead students to fully imagine and stimulate imagination and creativity according to the designed teaching scenarios, so that students can create new expressions based on their existing knowledge and experience, and achieve the ultimate goal of teaching.Interestingness: Interestingness has a great potential impact on student learning. Interest is especially important in contextual education. Situation education uses the target language to create situations, use the target language to help students acquire knowledge and structure of the learning language, avoid boring language learning, and make students more enjoyable and emotional. We provide a great experience and help students fully mobilize their learning passions. Factors pointed out that it affects student learning, such as student observation, accidents and memory. At the same time, they pay attention to the student's non-intellectual elements such as emotions, wills and interests. These potential non-intellectual factors can give a multiplier effect to learning.1.3.3 The Significance of Situational Language TeachingImprove fun:Situational teaching can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning, and can promote students to play their subjective initiative, especially situational teaching with the support of information technology. For example, using multimedia to play a video to show students, create a scene of finding objects and picking up lost items through announcements. Many students are attracted by the video animation and quickly focus on these two announcements while watching the video. This is much more intuitive than just relying on the teacher to explain. Moreover, the presentation of a video gives the students an immersive feeling, and the students understand more deeply.Through the process of listening to and speaking English, students' language ability has been practiced(Han He,2020) . The reason why most students have a good grasp of the sentence pattern “Good morning!”is not just because of its simplicity, but more because students use it every day. A teacher once did this-an experiment: in the initial grade class, he did not say hello to the students. After a month, when the teacher said “Good morning!”to the students, most of the students were at a loss and didn't know the teacher was there. What to express, let alone how to answer. This shows that to learn a language well, you need to listen more and speak more. With situational teaching, the problem of the lack of English-speaking situations in elementary school students can be solved to a certain extent.Lively classroom atmosphere: Contextual English education can stimulate the classroom atmosphere to some extent and create a comfortable and natural learning environment. The important thing in scene education is to create a scene. The scene was created with students as the main body. To stimulate students' interest in learning, these scenes need to be lively, vibrant and close to the reality of student life. This program helps students to relieve their monotonous knowledge, feel immersive, and adjust their learning situation.Students' participation in classroom activities has activated the classroom atmosphere, and students will feel a little relaxed and at ease in their studies(Ying Zhang,2020).II. Research Methodology2.1 Research questionsFurther study and perceive constructivist theory and situational teaching concepts, and understand their important role in the teaching process. Summarize and summarize the problems that appeared in primary school English teaching at the emergence stage. In response to these problems, rational use of information technology, application of situational teaching to primary school English curriculum under the guidance of teaching theory, give full play to the important role of information technology in rural primary school English teaching, and further improve primary school students' English learning interest and learning efficiency. Effective integration and extension of information technology and primary school English teaching. The research questions are as follows:1. What is the current application status of situational teaching?2. What are the strategies to improve the quality of oral English teaching in primary schools in the context of situational teaching?2.2 Research subjects and methodsFirst, use the literature analysis method to retrieve, read and analyze the situational teaching method and the monographs and journal thesiss in the primary school oral English teaching to understand the research status and results, define related concepts, and provide a sufficient theoretical basis for the research of this thesis; Then , Using empirical research methods to apply situational teaching method to primary school oral English teaching, showing some typical teaching practice cases to show the specific application process, and summarizing the advantages of situational teaching method through self-reflection and the problems existing in the implementation process(Wen Sun,2020). At the same time, the classroom observation method is used to understand students' subjective and objective evaluations of the teaching effect of the contextual teaching method applied to the oral Chinese class; finally, in response to the problems reflected in the classroom observation, corresponding teaching suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of oral English teaching in primary schools.III. Results and Discussion3.1 To cultivate interest and confidence in oral English learningFrom the results of the interviews, students do not fully recognize the existing classroom teaching methods and teaching methods, and lack learning interest; students show great interest in the introduction of situations in the classroom, and experience the joy of learning; although students have oral English ability I am confused about the improvement of my oral English, but I am still looking forward to the improvement of my oral English. 33% of the students are satisfied with the current oral English classroom teaching; 77% of the students feel lively and interesting when the teacher introduces situations in the classroom, indicating that the students are more adaptable and like to use situational teaching; 35% of the students can use oral knowledge to communicate in the classroom This data shows that students cannot use the knowledge in class flexibly; 41% of students are very satisfied with the currentteaching methods of teachers; 36% of students are confident to improve their oral English ability, indicating that students are better in training their oral skills. Confused and lacking confidence; 37% of students are satisfied with the current learning effect. At the beginning of English learning, students are exposed to fewer vocabulary and sentence patterns, and students are sensitive to language, have a strong ability to imitate, and have less scrutiny in speaking, so they have a strong desire for spoken English and a high degree of enthusiasm. However, as students get older, many psychological factors such as shyness, fear of ugliness, fear of making mistakes, etc. will affect their English speaking. Once the freshness disappears, disappointment will ensue. In the process of English teaching, teachers try to provide more opportunities for students to communicate in oral English, so as to stimulate students to like English and have a strong interest in English learning. Carry out the training of spoken English step by step to improve students' oral communication skills. More importantly, in this process, students have been cultivated to speak happily and well, and they have cultivated good habit of learning English, laying a good foundation for the formation and development of students' language literacy in the future..3.2To guide students' participationAccording to the survey results, 86.9% of the students who never discussed surrounding matters with their classmates outside of class accounted for 86.9%, while 21.4% of the students did not develop the habit of reading English materials outside of class, and 86.7% of the students never discussed their surroundings after class. Do not watch English videos or related teaching. In the learning process of English class, 40.9% of students speak only when they are asked; even 59.7% of students dare not speak in class, for fear of answering mistakes and being teased by classmates; still 25.4% Students in class cannot understand the content of the teacher's class, and cannot communicate with classmates and teachers. The above survey shows that the students in this part have a weak foundation and cannot keep up with their classmates in the English class, which gradually causes the gap in English proficiency among students to widen. In the context of teaching activities, the difference in participation is an important issue. Extroverted students will seize every opportunity for practice to form a virtuous circle of language learning. The opposite is true for introverted students. Therefore, the implementation of situational teaching method must solve the problem of participation. The author believes that international Chinese teachers need to have afull understanding of students' personalities, and give full consideration to students' language proficiency and personality characteristics when arranging learning tasks(Mingliang Wang,2020). Let every student gain a sense of presence and actively participate in classroom activities. For example, let students with introverted personality summarize their submissions and do data analysis. An international Chinese teacher successfully solved this problem during the one-semester teaching process. First, let students form one-to-one or many-to-many study groups according to their personal wishes, and let students with better grades be responsible for tutoring and promoting work. After a period of time, they formed a very harmonious relationship of mutual assistance. When speaking in class, each group would encourage students who were slightly behind to answer questions actively and give them encouragement and support.3.3 To create a good spoken language learning environmentSchools rarely organize activities in this aspect of spoken English, and the way the English teacher teaches is the same. During the class, 48% of the students reported that the English teacher used the teacher to speak on the top and the students to take notes in the class. There was very little teacher-student interaction and the interaction between classmates; 64% of the students felt that the school should be in Organize more extracurricular activities, such as English competitions, English broadcasts, and English corners to enrich students' extracurricular life; 79% of students think that English teachers should organize more activities in the class(Jing Xiang,2018). According to the survey results, students usually have very limited opportunities to speak English. In countries where the native language is not English, it is particularly important to provide students with a good environment for learning English. At present, the school provides few English-speaking environments. Therefore, students are inevitably at a loss when using English due to the lack of oral English training.Learning English as a language should not be limited to the classroom. As the saying goes, "Kung fu is not marketable", students must listen, read and say as much as possible in their daily lives to improve their English proficiency. It's also a good idea to watch the children's English program after school while listening and speaking in parallel. In a good environment, the English spoken by students has improved significantly. English teachers play an important role in teaching. Therefore, the development of educational content has a great impact on students' learning of English. School policies and procedures influence the way teachers teach, anytime, anywhere. Teachers need the approval of school leaders before they can organize some activities. Therefore, school leaders fully understand the importance of speaking English in elementary school and the school's "English Festival", "English Broadcasting", "English Corner", "English Committee" and other activities. Activities related to the teacher's activities need to be coordinated to promote. The smooth development of these activities is inseparable from school support and dedication (Jiang Xiaojie, 2014). The smooth running of activities helps to increase the enthusiasm of teachers and students and ultimately create a good learning environment. At the same time, teachers constantly improve their quality and, in time, promote the development of their teaching profession through regular cooperation and interaction with other excellent schools.3.4 To use situational teaching methods flexiblyWhen using the situational teaching method for oral classroom teaching, first of all, the teaching situation created by the teacher should be fully integrated with the actual situation of the students themselves, starting from the actual needs of the students, according to the students' psychological age, life and learning experience, ethnic culture, religious background, and Create corresponding situations for specialties and hobbies. Such a teaching situation will be more conducive to stimulating students' interest and motivation in learning, improving students' enthusiasm for classroom participation, motivating students to express themselves in the classroom, and enabling timely training of the Chinese language knowledge they have learned in the classroom. Secondly, teachers in classroom teaching(Shumei Wang,2017). When creating the situation, it is necessary to fully integrate the specific teaching content. Therefore, the teacher should fully understand the teaching content before class, carefully analyze the textbook content of this section when preparing the lesson before class, and clarify the teaching methods suitable for different teaching content. For content that is not suitable for the application of situational teaching methods, do not make rigid methods. Therefore, the use of situations in a classroom teaching process is not the better(Chunxue Zhang,2015). Excessive use of situations is not conducive to the timely completion of teaching tasks. It is more important to ensure the quality of the situation. The teaching situation created in the end must be true and reliable, and the truthfulness and rationality of the situation must be taken into consideration, and it must not be fabricated at will. The more real and close to the actual situation, the more it can stimulate students' interest in learning and let studentshave something to say.The contextual teaching method requires students to actively participate in teaching activities and complete learning tasks in the context created by the teacher. Therefore, the individual differences of students must be considered and respected during the contextual activities, and the students' oral Chinese proficiency and personality characteristics must be fully grasped. As a teacher, students should fully grasp the characteristics and personality characteristics of students in oral classroom teaching, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude and personality characteristics(Genguang Zhai,2018). For example, for students with an extroverted personality, they can fully participate in the contextual teaching process such as games and role-playing to satisfy their communicative and expressive personality traits; for students with an introverted personality, they can participate in games, role-playing, etc. Before the situational teaching process, you must first seek their opinions, or arrange games or role-playing tasks before class. Under the premise of respecting their wishes, let them prepare before class and adapt in advance, so as to be able to do well in the oral classroom situational teaching process. Participate in the corresponding situational activities. In addition, in the contextual teaching activities, tasks should be allocated reasonably according to the students' oral Chinese proficiency and personality characteristics, so that all students can participate in the teaching activities.IV. Conclusion4.1 Findings of the researchSituational teaching method is widely used in second language teaching, aiming to stimulate students' interest in learning a second language, increase students' participation in classroom activities, and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching activities. In this thesis, the situational teaching method is applied to the practical research of oral English teaching in primary schools. The author draws on the theoretical foundation and practical experience of predecessors in the research of situational teaching method. The results of the research show that the use of contextual teaching methods in primary school oral English classroom teaching can effectively arouse students' interest in learning Chinese, stimulate their motivation to learn, activate the classroom atmosphere, and give full play to students' enthusiasm, consciousness, and creativity. To improve students' oral English.。

The last cause students ego, ego, its outstanding performance is selfish. This attitude is bound to deformity. The children provide for oneself and live comfortably, growing much care, few people criticize them, suffer less easy to go to extremes, in the faceof setbacks. Egocentric students, mostly withdrawn, indifference, he is the first to consider the oneself, or only consider themselves, between lack of friendly cooperation spirit. But vanity is strong, eat, wear between students in aspects of the competition, the pursuit of brand, self superiority strong, the lack of communication with others and lack of cooperation consciousness. Therefore, in interpersonal relationship, always by his classmates, have good interpersonal relationship.(1) psychological factorsPsychological health is the essence of mental functional status, and decided to mental functional status and the fundamental reason is that the psychological activity of the internal mechanism. Therefore, the psychological quality of students development level and internal degree of perfection of the mechanism is also affecting the psychological health level of the main reason. Specifically, there are several factors:The first psychological contradiction and conflict.Psychological development in the contradiction and conflict is a very common phenomenon, in some cases, some problems or mental development is the important motivation. However, when the psychological contradiction and conflict istoo intense or persistent, so that the main body of relying on its own strength has been unable to deal with, may produce psychological distress, cause some psychological problems and psychological barriers. For the students, the psychological development of the main contradiction is not complete contradiction, self development and external demand contradiction: physiological development and psychological development speed is not balanced contradiction, contradiction of incongruous of development of psychological process, psychological structure. These will affect the students' psychological state, we conduct mental health education should pay attention question.Second. Basic need satisfaction degreeNeed is the behavior of the individual is the driving force, all the activities of human beings is based on a need basis, reasonable need to satisfy the individuality full prerequisite for development. On the students, love needs, esteem needs, communication needs, is a necessary condition for the development of their mental health. If not fully meet, may lead to a lack of motivation, mood disorder, personality, abnormal reaction of deviation from such issues as. Of course, to meet the needs and not as fully as possible, some require excessivemeet will also cause psychological development problems. As in a home grant whatever is requested child may lead to frustration and stress drop; some long served as a class cadre of students' sense of superiority is too strong, but lead to decreased adaptation.(2) mental wearinessLearning is a hard thing, but now some student was spoiled, always hand clothing to eat a ready-cooked meal, eat the hardship, have hard-working spirit, no perseverance to overcome the problem, therefore the result is often very poor. Some of the children because of his poor grades, feel ashamed to show my face, but not to study hard to improve their performance, but do things by irregular ways, playing smart, even on cheating in examinations. As a result of bad or wrong, often blamed, criticism, forming the heavy psychological pressure, resulting in mental weariness. Mental weariness in addition to rebel attitude also includes students' spiritual victory. The students themselves have unpleasant things, do not actively looking for reasons to benefit, to efforts, but bad luck, find a is not the reason for the reasons to comfort themselves, accept yourself. Such as, the examination is not good, but that is their help those good students, not theirdifference, which show their good.2.In the school factorsThe school is student learning, the main living place, students spend most of their time in school, school education for its purpose, planned, organized and systematic characteristics and has the irreplaceable role, has great influence on the mental health of the students. The students spent in the school for quite a long time, the psychological quality is greatly influenced by the school. The school education and students' psychological health of the most important factors. Our country shows level to carry out the exam-oriented education, examination-oriented education in China a period plays a positive role, but with the development and progress of society, the human system more show malpractice. The exam-oriented education directly related to people 's primary and secondary school students in examination, their demands, is the textbook knowledge, the teacher is the pursuit of the proportion, of concern for her students to learning, student achievement in a fall, and there is no good for no reason, from the students' psychological problems and slowly counseling, and more is to blame or tell parents, teachers and studentshave led to impassable gap, there is no good for the communication between teachers and students; according to the survey, most of the teachers there are" eccentric" psychological, specific attention to good students, and for the poor performance of students choose to ignore, this leads to good performance the students' psychological burden, the poor performance of students downhearted, learning without passion, even were prevented from psychology, and then blindly nose or weariness from school phenomenon. Students form a kind of invisible pressure of competition, resulting in strained interpersonal relationships between students, not sincere exchanges, resulting in a lot of students have autism or depression.First, the teaching contents and methodsThe majority of our school teaching and examinational education mainly, dull teaching content, teaching method is unitary, unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, to a certain extent to bring the students psychological pressure. Investigation show that, quite a part of students learning anxiety, fear of school, worried about the exam, to produce a series of physical and psychological disorders, such as headaches, insomnia, neurasthenia, loss of appetite, anxiety, depression and other phenomena. Russian educationalist Ushinski said:" the children by shape, color, sound and general feeling and thinking things; if anyone wants to force them with other ways to think about things, so he is unreasonably, harmful stress with the nature of the child." [16] the words appropriately summarizes the students thinking characters. As the quality education is truly implemented, the improvement of school teaching contents and methods become the consensus of educators, this will have on the pupils' mental health play a positive role in promoting.Second. Teachers' qualityThe quality of teachers on students' mental health is of vital importance, their ability, personality, teaching art, teaching methods are deeply affect the pupils. Higher quality teachers to understand students' psychological, not often in front of her class to criticize or satirical student, but considering the students' self-esteem, be good at giving systematic guidance, enable students to correctly understand themselves and others, thus forming a positive personality. Some primary school teachers' psychological healthy enough, such as overly emotional, attitude to students are highly susceptible to their emotional impact, lack of self-control,this negative and unstable emotions is often caused by some of the pupils some psychological problems and psychological barrier reason.Third. The relationship between teachers and students Primary school teachers in the minds of students, especially in the lower grade student 's prestige is include parents, other people cannot compare. Because of this, the relationship between teachers and students the quality of the pupil 's influence is very obvious and profound. Good relationship between teachers and students can make the students to study has an active interest in the school life, to feel good, have a positive and optimistic attitude. However, due to the small number of teachers in educational idea is backward, cause of education behavior often exists certain deviation, not with the students to build up a democratic and equal relationship, which will be on the healthy development of students have direct adverse effects.(3) the social environment is the impact of primary mental health factorsSocial environmental factors including population, housing, the environment, transportation, public security, life of average per capita level, entertainment etc.. Pupils livingin the real social environment, the social environment factors bound to their psychological development have positive or negative effects.3.The family factorsThe family is the portrayal of a child character, emotion, will, form healthy psychology important place. Parsons put the family called" personality of manufacturing factory". Parents psychological quality, moral behavior, culture on children's achievement and growth, plays a vital role in.Primary school stage is the individual self concept gradually formed an important period, due to their lack of life experience, not a correct understanding of life, world outlook, outlook on life, values of fuzzy, lack of dealing with problems and the ability to distinguish right from wrong, extremely easy to go mental "detour". On students' psychological health education, so that they have mental health is very important. This means, the teacher not only to complete the" preaching, imparting knowledge, doubts" task, should also be a qualified counselors, assume carry out psychological health education is the new task. I later as a primary school teacher, on the pupils' psychological health education work to recognize and communicate with everyone. The second chapter Teachers of primary and secondary school students mental health education1.teachers themselves should have healthy psychology and master the knowledge of psychological healthTeachers are architects of the human soul. Their thoughts, words and actions, will be to bring the students play a decisive role influence, therefore, requires teachers should not only have high professional knowledge, but also have good psychological quality. At the same time, teachers should master certain knowledge of mental health, in education and teaching time to " student mental health counselors" identity into the students' mind in education. When students in need of care, help, only teachers selfless to student Qingsa the nectar of love, in order to better shape, purify the hearts of the students. Only students in Teachers' true, true, true love cultivate, can have a healthy psychology, will be more actively engaged in the learning life.2.pay attention to students' psychological state, and create a good psychological environment in classroomAs a teacher, we must not only attach importance to students' academic development, must also pay attention to students' physical and mental health. Although teachers mastersome knowledge of psychology, but also can be a good understanding of the psychology of students, most teachers think that students psychological problems can be smoothly done or easily solved with the growth of age. In fact, students have their special psychology, their psychological than adult sensitive, fragile. In some teachers encounter" problem child", the first thought is to family reasons, to transfer to the parents, not squat body and students communicate directly, so often hurt children's self-esteem, make them lose confidence, become silent, solitary, which directly lead to students psychological problems. A good psychological environment in classroom teaching is not only high quality guarantee, and cultivating the students' healthy psychological security. Psychology research shows that: the harmonious, pleasant atmosphere helps students to actively participate in classroom activities. In the teaching, teachers should play a guiding role, organizer, cooperation, create the best psychological atmosphere, make students' emotional experience, thought to get recognition, mental communication, emotional regulation, behavior are normative, enable students to fully display themselves, so that students can learn in the joyful atmosphere to understand, learn well. This not only enhances the students'learning interest, confidence and courage, but also cultivate students' mutual cooperation, joint research and positive spirit. Only the students approached the teacher, and the teacher become friends, can have healthy psychology3. In meet the students' reasonable needs, from set up the correct outlook on lifeReasonable to meet students' legitimate needs, is the primary form and maintain healthy psychology basic conditions. Pupils' reasonable needs include the survival and development of the necessary material needs, security needs, communication and the need of love, respect and trust to pupils' reasonable needs, if not appropriate to meet, will affect the normal growth, there will not be a mental health. Therefore, in the process of pupils' mental health education, teachers should give full play to the function of education, as well as possible for the students to create conditions, opportunities, meet the needs of students, to meet the needs of targeted using different methods to guide actively, make basic things of good and evil, beauty and ugliness, is not judge, screening. Pupil due to lack of judgment and self-control, is easy to meet the needs of the impulse drive, be unhealthy or unfair factors, take inappropriate methods and ways of satisfying, which leadsto wrong behavior, which requires us to engage in pupils' mental health education counselor and teacher can according to the knowledge of the parties concerned, be good at identifying, discover in time, effectively giving control, treatment and guidance, let the students have a healthy psychological, healthy development.4.the establishment of student mental health files, multi-level, all-round track students' Psychology The pupils' mental health education is a long term work, establishment of mental health files for the students is very necessary. Mental health profile of content can be according to the school and student's specific circumstances, to include the student's personality, intelligence, learning adaptability, learning ability, life skills, ability to adapt the society and the family, the relationship between teachers and students, students relationship. Students' mental health files can provide scientific basis for mental health education, to develop targeted education, and can prevent the occurrence of various psychological problems. The students themselves can also be through psychological archives better understand themselves, grasp their own inner world, to better tap their own potential, yangchangbuduan. The students' psychological health education is a long-term, difficult process, but as long as we educational workers pay sincere, true, true love, all the "from the heart" to start, we can let the children have a healthy psychology. The third chapter Family on children's psychological health education1.the implementation of family mental health education is the premise of change idea.In today 's quality education, must change the past that only children intelligence level, ignoring the psychological health level, personality development level stereotypes. Without a doubt, a psychological health of children is not a good moral. In real life, some children may only seem very obedient, grades are good, but the feeling is thin, weak, fragile personality, in rounded areas such as the development potential is very limited. The fact that a large number of educational practice, ideal, ambition, enterprising, diligence, hard work, perseverance, open-minded, good personality, to promote children's learning, development and it has an important role, as parents must take mental health as a child education target and content to full attention. Family education should be focus on book knowledge to focuson how to teach children the right man direction change. As a teacher of the Enlightenment of the parents for the children to create a good family atmosphere, with its cheerful, open-minded personality, democracy and equality in education style to influence a child, make love without favor, while strict degree.2.the implementation of family mental health education is the basis for understanding the child.Parents must understand the child's personality, ideal, emotion, interest and abilities of individual quality. In general children good activity, good imitation, curious, inquisitive, also has successfully, praise, love like craving for sympathy and understanding of psychology. The children are in the rapid development period of physiological, psychological, they do in learning, activities, the heart is always full of contradictions. They also often have conflicts with the outside world, is in an unstable state, often have a variety of psychological and behavioral problems. This is the family education in the special problems. Problems in children are not perfect results in psychological. Apparently, their problem is not come unexpectedly, often have a longer latency, there are always some performance. Such asself-conscious or eccentric, often with their parents and peers had a dispute, not hostile, cooperation. If the initial attention, check erroneous ideas at the outset, can make these children get to adapt to living environment, the development of good moral character and personality of the new favorable factors.3.the implementation of family mental health education is the key to trust the children. The relationship between parents and their children, seniors and juniors is the relationship, and are friends. The parents of the children should respect, understand, care; parents of their children should respect, trust, love, help. In daily life between parents and their children of disagreement or conflict, should be equality, on the basis of trust, by democratic negotiation method, and be good at giving systematic guidance, patient inspiration, move them. Usually, more respect for the child 's personality, trust them, care about their daily activities, as far as possible to meet their legitimate aspirations and demands, so that they truly feel friendly, lovely, parents can trust. So the children are willing to put his own mind, secrets of the heart to tell parents to listen to the children, the largest trust. At thesame time, the parents must fully believe that the child's potential, they may have an unexpected life skills. Therefore, every child matters, no matter in the life, study, parents should not for others, but should give more instructive to help.4 .the implementation of family mental health education process, be sure to avoid long-term psychological punishment on children.Children lack of life experience, sometimes the wrong thing, parents every day scold or often mention it, long time refused, will make the child mood of melancholy, even well into adulthood. Some problems of children themselves have emotional disorders, if the parents themselves easy impulse, will be more serious. Not in learning, entrance to exert pressure on their children, their children 's achievement as the evaluation standard in the course of time, the children, the children have aversive learning, mental disorder such as hate exam. Family education is an important part of education, the impact on children is far-reaching. All parents hope that their children can rise head and shoulders above others, Jackie Chan Fung, let us start from now on child psychology, so that children can have a good psychological state for their opportunitiesand challenges.5.On of parents in the process of cultural quality and psychological quality, cultural quality and psychological status of parents influence character by environment influence on their physical and mental health. If our parents' literacy is high, use their knowledge and strong desire to influence and education of their children, their indomitable enterprising spirit cultivation. The endIn conclusion, primary school students are the future of the motherland, is the hope of the nation, is the socialism modernization builders and successors of the motherland, is the realization of the great rejuvenation of the hope. According to the psychological characteristics of primary school and mental health problems take scientific measures, family, school, society should cooperate closely, strengthen the students' psychological health education, actively promote quality education, advancing with the times, blaze new trails, to the education of our country is more brilliant. Strengthening the psychological health education in primary school has important and far-reaching significance, and strive to cultivate the talent needed by the development in the newcentury, make the society more harmonious.works cited[1] 百度文库.

In fact, if we can calm down, we will find that in this world, we also enjoy a lot of other people's love, care and help. I hope that when we enjoy that very love, we will also give love to some people who need help. Love, no size, small to a greeting, a hug, big to love donation, hope engineering, social security... It all contains love. But people often ignore the existence of love, such as the love of their parents. People seem to take thisfor granted. They don't need to pay much in return. They even refuse to love their parents. Such people can't go far.Let those who identify themselves as educators in adult panic, although there are many manifestations of love, can really make it become part of the educated soul essencecannot strong meaning granted, only one force can effectively, that is, infection. How to infect everyone through his own efforts, feel love from the heart, and tremble for it and shake it. Once this is neglected, love loses the power ofbeing a character, and is deceitful and degenerate. By then,it will not only become educators and educates the sad, thinking, the police, the province, education of the storm, heavy duty, it is self-evident.Clouds that float into my life from other years, do not rain, nor blow the wind and snow. They just scatter the color of nature into the blue sky. The seasons wind years of wind chimes, played charming love, like a meteor across the sky, like a pure lyric, a dim serenade, rippling in my heart. implementation Strategies
