(2023年全国版)高中英语课程标准一、前言1.1 课程标准的重要性高中英语课程标准是高中英语教学的指导性文件,对全国高中英语教学具有重要的指导作用。

本课程标准旨在指导高中英语教学,提高学生的英语素养,培养学生的英语应用能力,为学生的终身发展奠定基础。

1.2 课程标准的适用范围本课程标准适用于全国范围内的高中英语教学。

二、课程目标2.1 总体目标培养学生具有较强的英语听、说、读、写能力,能够运用英语进行有效的沟通与交流,提高学生的英语学科核心素养。

2.2 分级目标高中英语课程分为三个级别,分别为一级、二级和三级。

各级别的具体目标如下:- 一级目标:培养学生基本的英语听、说、读、写能力,使学生能够顺利进行简单的英语交流。

- 二级目标:在一级目标的基础上,提高学生的英语听、说、读、写能力,使学生能够熟练地运用英语进行交流。

话题项目表

话题项目表本表依据《英语课程标准》的相关要求,综合北京市目前正在使用的教材所共有的话题,提出具体目标。

使用本表应注意以下事项:1.本表提出的12个基本话题,包含40余项学生应能使用简单语言进行话语活动的生活项目,由此构成学生用语言做事情的行动目标。

2.各项行动目标都只是要求学生在已学的语言知识范围内来做事情。

3.各项行动目标都应被限定在学生所用教材的具体情景范围之内。

4.各项行动目标包括昕、说、读、写的综合运用,但并不是每项目标都要涉及写的技能,教师应把写的活动要求限制在学生力所能及的有限范围之内。

1.个人情况(Personal information)能够向他人介绍个人的基本情况(姓名、年龄、出生日期、家庭成员、电话号码、爱好、邮箱地址、外貌特征和自己的生活情况等),并能够写出自己简单的基本情况。

能够听懂他人的有关个人信息,并且记录简单信息。

2.家庭(Family and home)能够介绍家庭成员(姓名、年龄、职业、外貌特征、爱好等)的基本信息。

能够利用所学的语言,互相询问有关对方家庭的基本情况。

能够简单地写出家庭成员的基本信息。

能够介绍家庭住房的各种房间名称,并能简单描述部分室内的物品。

能够简单介绍家庭成员平时经常在这些房间做的事情。

一、课程性质外语是基础教育阶段的必修课程,英语是外语课程中的主要语种之一。

英语课程的学习,既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。

《普通高中英语课程标准》指出高中英语写作的教学目的是培养学生表述事实、观点、情感、想象力,交流信息,规范的写作习惯;是为了培养学生组织思路、准备素材、谋划文章结构、明确提纲、拟写文章、落实语言、遣词造句、总体修改等综合性技能。

教师在写作教学中主要起指导、启发、示范、商讨、鼓励、讲评的作用。

写作教学课一般可以分为写前、写中和写后三个阶段,提倡写作教学用process writing approach或者是task writing approach。

写作材料的选择要注意选择与学生水平相当、贴近学生生活、话题具体、目的明确、有趣味性和真实性。

“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒”。

英语写作能力并非是马上就能见效的,而是一定要由浅到深、从简到繁、从易到难地开展坚持不懈的训练,这样才能使自身英语写作能力得到充分提高。

以下,笔者拟就高中英语的写作教学谈几点看法。

一、万丈高楼平地起———积累词汇、把握语法、用好标点万丈高楼平地起,只有打好了基础,才能建得起高楼。

要学好英语写作,就必须从基本功训练开始,它包括词汇、语法及标点符号的使用。

1.过好词汇关。

词汇是写作的基础。

没有词汇,也就谈不上学习英语语言材料和语法,更谈不上用英语进行交际。

其次,要表达自己的思想,必须有足够的词汇量。

学生写作时,常出现因英语表达能力有限,力不从心,因词害篇的现象。

要避免这一现象的出现,学生就应当坚持每日认真识记英语单词,这是掌握与巩固英语词汇的一项重要方法。

在具体实施的过程中,应当彻底打破常规的做法,不但要求高学生们能够熟练地写出其所听到的英文单词,而且还应当写出和这一单词相关的其他单词,从而让各类词汇能够得到多次复习。

比如,在听写strong的同时要求学生们能够写出以下派生词:strongly,strengthen以及反义词weak。

又如,在进行默写时,教师给出get之后,就要求学生们应当写出十个以上含有get的词组(get along,get away,get down,get in,get on/off,get together,get up等),或者是给出一个句型,比如,主语加谓语加宾语加宾语补足语,再让高中生们能够在最大限度上写出能够用于这一句型的各种动词(see,watch,feel,notice,make,let等)。

2022英语新课标变化解读4月21日,教育部颁布了2022版《义务阶段教育新课程标准》。

新课标以坚持目标导向、坚持问题导向、坚持创新导向为原则,在义务教育阶段首提核心素养,围绕核心素养确定了新的课程目标和内容,对义务教育阶段的课程教学提出了新的要求。

作为教材编写和考试改革的重要指导材料,新课标的落地与广大师生息息相关。

那么2022版英语课程标准主要有哪些变化呢?从目录上来看,新课标增加了课程内容和学业质量,删除了分级标准;课程目标中增加了“核心素养内涵”;实施建议改为了课堂实施,其中还增加了“教学研究与教师培训”;附录中增加了“核心素养学段特征”,删除了“功能意念项目表”“话题项目表”“评价方法与案例”“技能教学参考建议”“课堂用语”。

具体解读如下:一、课程性质新课标着重说明了英语这一重要沟通工具的作用,同时强调了义务教育英语课程体现了工具性和人文性的统一,具有基础性、实践性和综合性特征。

二、课程理念新课标的主要设计理念是:发挥核心素养的统领作用;构建基于分级体系的课程结构;以主题为引领选择和组织课程内容;践行学思结合、用创为本的英语研究活动观;注重“教—学—评”一体化设计;推进信息技术与英语教学的深度融合。

三、课程目标(一)核心素养内在(首提)英语学科要培养的学生核心素养包括言语能力、文化意识、思维品格和研究能力等方面。

言语能力是核心素养的根蒂根基要素,文化意识体现核心素养的价值取向,思维品格反映核心素养的心智特征,研究能力是核心素养发展的关键要素。

核心素养的四个方面彼此渗透,融合互动,协同发展。

(二)总目标新课标要求学生通过研究,达到以下目标:发展语言能力、培育文化意识、提升思维品质、提高研究能力。
