Eating healthily is important for everyone. But I used to have lots of bad eating habits. I liked fried food a lot. And I preferred meat to vegetables. I had tons of sweet food every day. As a result, I was heavy and weak.
To stay fit, I decided to change my eating habits. I began to eat more vegetables and fruit. I tried my best to say no to food with too much sugar or fat. I drank water instead of juice or cola. My mom supported me by cooking healthy food for me. Gradually, I developed the habit of eating healthily.
