(Idioms)
有关颜色的英语俗语(Idioms)黑色:【In blackand white】白纸黑字,书面的;印刷的;简言之出自莎士比亚《小题大做 / Much Ado AboutNothin g》【In the black】盈利 [相对于赤字(in the red)亏损]【Like the blackhole of Calcut ta】形容拥挤、不通风的环境。
【to be in someon e’s blackbook(s)】在某人黑名册上;不受某人喜爱,失宠于某人官方用黑皮书有很长的历史了。

You ungrateful thing! Like the dog that bit Lu Tungpin --- you bite the hand that feeds you.
a. cast pearls before swine 不等于 “明珠暗投” 英谚的含义是 offer something to someone who can not appreciate it。 b. dog eat dog 不等于 “狗咬狗” 英谚意指 a hard struggle to continue to exist, with people completing fiercely against each other。
