Once upon a time, there was a swimming pool named Billy. He lived near a beautiful beach in America. Every summer, a lot of children would come and swim here. Billy was very happy about that, because he liked children a lot.
One day, a group of children from a summer camp went to play in the pool. All the children were happy and excited. Some of them were swimming in the pool, while the others kept jumping and running around the pool. However, Billy was not happy about that. Early in the morning, at noon, or in the evening, in big cities and in the countryside, all across the United States, you can see Americans running.
