Birgitte is stressed mainly because she is often bothered by other staff’s clients,which stop her from concentrating on her work.What’s more,her supervisor doesn’t send her on training course and long commute makes her tired.

Juliana is stressed because she thinks the staff is competing for too many contracts.She is worried about whether she would be fired and she cant relax in her leisure time.

Jolanta is stressed because she gets boring jobs from Juliana which can’t meet her master degree in advertising.Also she thinks Juliana shouts at her because of mistake and can’t get her praise.

The HR department should take actions:
To James,he is under pressure in home and company,so he needs other’s care. The HR department should need to care more about his mental state.
To Birgitte,the HR department would set a meeting room for the staff to meet clients to avoid disturbing other workers in the company.
To Juliana,The most important thing in the face of deadline is timely communication, effective communication.The HR department could help account executives to discuss appropriate deadline with seniors according to the priority of work.
To Jolanta,she can be reassigned to other teams so that she could be able to show her talent in advertising and avoid difficulty in work relationship.
Also there are some suggestions:
Birgitte can find training courses on Internet and she can use telecommuting to overcome the problem of long commute.
Juliana can apply for some free time to find out more creative ideas.The company can let other departments that have less work to do to help Juliana to meet deadlines.
