活动都是与利益密不可分的。和谐社会是人类追求的理想的生活状态。构建和谐社会是中国共产党在新的历史条件下提出的重大战略决策,是对改革开放的进一步推进。改革开放以来,我国进入了社会转型期,开始发展市场经济,社会利益关系发生了深刻的变化,原本的利益关系和利益结构也随之发生了相应的变化,利益矛盾等问题逐渐显现,从而导致社会的利益差距进一步加大。这些都在一定程度上阻碍了和谐社会的构建。目前,我国正处在构建和谐社会的重要时期,利益协调作为构建和谐社会的基础逐渐被提上了议事日程。所以,我国要想成功构建和谐社会,实现预期的目标,就必须对社会转型中出现的利益

协调问题加以重视。利益协调问题的妥善解决,不仅关系到我国政治体制改革的顺利进行,更关系到我国和谐社会目标的实现。本文将利益协调问题置于构建和谐社会的大背景之下,力图将二者结合在一起进行研究。全篇首先从和谐社会和利益协调的概念入手,进一步对我国在构建和谐社会中利益协调方面出现的实际问题进行具体阐述,深刻分析产生问题的根源,最后针对问题提出切实可行的解决方案。本文希望通过建立相关的机制进行利益协调,最终能实现构建和谐社会的预期目标。

【英文摘要】Interest problem has always been an eternal topic with the development progress of human society. It exists

in all aspects of human social life, and people’s social activities are closely related with interest. Harmonious society is the ideal life state that human beings have been pursuing. The harmonious society is a major strategic decision which is proposed by the Communist Party of China in the new historical conditions and it is the further advance of reform and opening up. Since the reform and opening up, China has begun to enter into the social transition, market economy has started to develop, and social interest relationship has changed a lot. In this condition, the original relationship of interests and the benefit structure have changed with the reform, interest conflicts have appeared gradually, and the social interest gap has been further widened. To some extent, these problems hindered the progress of the construction of harmonious society.At present, our country is in an important period of constructing harmonious society. As the basis of the construction of harmonious society, the interest coordination problem has been gradually put on the schedule. Therefore, if our country wants to succeed in constructing the harmonious society and achieve the goal of social transformation, it must take the interest coordination problem seriously. Interest coordination problem solved properly, is not only related to

China’s political system reform smoothly, but also related to the achievement of the goal of harmonious society.This article will put the interest coordination problem under the background of constructing harmonious society, trying to research with the combination of the both together. The whole article first starts from the concept of harmonious society and interest coordination, makes further concrete elaboration on the actual interest coordination problems appeared in the progress of constructing harmonious society, profoundly analyzes the roots of the problems, finally puts forward some feasible solutions. We hope that through the establishment of related interest coordination mechanism, we can eventually realize the anticipated target of constructing harmonious society.
