Ⅰ.Teaching objectives:
1. Read the passage and know more about the Olympic Games.
2. Learn to use some language points.
3.The students are trained to improve their reading ability and comprehension.
4.Practise the reading skills.
5. Let the students carry forward the spirits of the Olympic Games and
do something for the Beijing Olympics.
