米诺环素对急性智齿冠周炎治疗效果的探讨

【摘要】目的：探讨米诺环素治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效。

方法随机抽取2011
年2月-2014年10月新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔医医院口腔科治疗的80例急性智
齿冠周炎患者的资料作为分析材料，分为实验组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规冲洗，使用碘甘油进行治疗，实验组采用常规盲袋冲洗后使用米诺环素置入盲袋，观察两组用药后的疗效。

结果实验组采用米诺环素治疗后的总有效率为(97.5%)，对照组的总有效率为(70.3%)。

实验组的效果明显高于对照组，两组患者均无不良反应，两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论在治疗急性智齿冠周炎
中采用米诺环素进行治疗具有显著的疗效，同时具有安全、可靠、高效以及操作方便的特征，值得广泛使用。

%Objective To observe the minocycline treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Methods Random - in October 2014

Conclusion In treatment of acute wisdom tooth peri-coronitis minocycline treatment has obvious curative effect, at the same time with a safe, reliable, efficient and convenient opera-tion features, is widely used.
