Notice on releasing the independent innovation products of Tianjin in 2010
All relevant units:
In order to further implement the state and the city's long-term planning supporting policies to encourage enterprises to carry out independent innovation activities, according to the "management measures of Tianjin Municipality for the confirmation of independent innovation products (Trial)" the provisions of the voluntary declaration, the organization of expert review, the City Commission, the municipal development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau identified Tianjin Nankai University castor Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and other 117 companies "biodegradable high performance and long service life of general engine oil and other 230 products for independent innovation products in Tianjin city in 2010, are
hereby promulgated, and issued by the Tianjin independent innovation products certificate. The management and supervision of the results of product identification shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the administrative measures for the identification of independent innovation products in Tianjin (for Trial Implementation).
