Dear host, judges, and dear audience:
Hello everyone! I am the first accused person in today's speech competition. First of all, on behalf of myself, I would like to extend my sincere greetings and thanks to all the audience.
Speech is an important way to express thoughts and share opinions. However, today my speech topic is related to being accused, which undoubtedly makes me feel a little uneasy. Nevertheless, as someone who upholds justice and complies with the law, I am willing to bravely accept this challenge and start my speech.
Accusation is a negative comment, condemnation, or suspicion towards me personally or a certain behavior. As the first person accused, I am not worried about others' questioning and criticism, because I believe that the truth can overcome rumors. For me, being accused does not mean that I have made a mistake, but rather an opportunity to examine myself and improve myself.
I believe that truth can stand the test of time, and justice will prevail over fallacies. As a
speaker, I will use my clear words and rational arguments to prove to all of you that accusations cannot change my values of integrity and fairness.
In this era of surging and turbulent information, accusations often spread at an astonishing speed, but we should think rationally and examine ourselves when facing accusations. Being accused does not mean that the guilt is established. We should bravely pursue the truth and show our true selves.
Finally, I would like to urge every audience member that as citizens, we have the responsibility to abide by the law and uphold social stability and justice. Accusations and being accused are common phenomena in our daily lives, but we should measure the facts with our conscience and principles of fairness, and not be misled by excessive accusations.
Thank you all for your listening! Let us work together to build a just and harmonious society! Thank you!。
