The Borrower hereby agrees to borrow from the Lender an amount of [insert loan amount] (the "Loan") for a period of [insert loan term] at an interest rate of [insert interest rate] per annum.
The Borrower shall repay the Loan in [insert number of installments] consecutive monthly installments of [insert installment amount] starting from [insert repayment date]. The Borrower shall make the monthly installment payments on the [insert payment day] of each month. If the Borrower fails to make a payment on time, a late fee of [insert late fee amount] shall be charged.
