By focusing on the positives, you can change your perspective and reduce your nervousness.
Another effective strategy is deep breathing and relaxation techniques. When you start feeling nervous, take a moment to breathe deeply and slowly. This helps to lower your heart rate and relax your body. Additionally, engaging in activities that relax your mind, such as listening to calming music or practicing mindfulness, can also help alleviate nervousness.
