米非司酮配伍米索前列醇行药物流产的疗效探究

【摘要】目的：探讨米非司酮和米索前列醇联合使用进行药物流产的疗效。

方法选择我院2013年接收的85例药物流产患者来进行研究分析，全部都是非正常妊娠，月经停止6周内，经B超检查患者宫内孕囊的直径在30 mm之内，患者对本次研究的药物具有耐受性。

使用米非司酮和米索前列醇联合治疗，对患者的流产情况进行观察分析。

结果此次研究共有85例患者，其中83例顺利完成流产，有两例患者因为药物使用后无效改为清宫术，共有10例腹痛、肠道不良反应病例，均是轻度症状，可自行消失。

结论使用米非司酮和米索前列醇进行联合药物流产的临床效果非常的优秀，无妊娠终止副作用，流产率高。

%Objective To explore the effect of medical abortion by mifepristone combined with misoprostol. Methods 85 patients with medical abortion in 2013 in our hospital were selected to study. Al the patients were non-normal
pregnancy,menstruation stops within six weeks,the B-ultrasound in patients with intrauterine gestational sac diameter at 30mm. The patients in this study were tolerated to study drug. The mifepristone and misoprostol were combined to use for the patients,the patient's abortion were observed and analyzed. Results There were 83 patients with successful completion of abortion;curettage treatment was performed for two patients because of invalid abortion. There were 10 cases of
abdominal pain,intestinal adverse reactions,the symptoms were mild and disappeared spontaneously. Conclusion The effect of medical abortion by mifepristone combined with misoprostol is very excel ent,with higher abortion rate and no side effects of pregnancy termination.
