形容词副词的比较级是八上U1和U2的语法点，是八年级上册的一大重要知识点，也是中考的必考点。

学生成绩中等偏下，对于比较级的变化规则掌握得不错，但是未能灵活运用比较级

六、教学过程
英语中的形容词和副词，在句子中两者比较即用比较级
1.形容词、副词的比较级和最高级的构成规则
1．一般情况下，比较级在后面加er；
如：taller→taller short→shorter
2．在重读闭音节（即：辅音＋元音＋辅音）中，先双写末尾的辅音字母，比较级加er；如：thin→thinner fat→fatter
3．以不发音e结尾的单音节词，比较在原级后加r；
如：late→later nice→nicer
4．以“辅音字母＋y”结尾的双音节词，把y改为i，比较级加er；
如：busy→busier heavy→heavier
5．多数多音节词，比较级在前面加more；
如：beautiful→more beautiful
important→more important
6．有少数形容词、副词的比较级和最高级是不规则的，必须熟记。

good/well→better bad/ill→worse
old→older/elder many/much→more
little→less far →farther/further

2.比较级的用法
1.表示两者进行比较时用比较级，其结构为A+be+比较级+than+B表示“A比B……，”即A>B。

（注意比较的对象要一致）如果加入数字，则表示确切的量的关系。

My bike is more beautiful than hers. 我的自行车比她的（自行车）漂亮。

2.由表示程度的副词a little, a bit, a few, a lot, much, even, still, far, rather, any等修饰时，用形容词或副词的比较级。

It is even colder today. 今天甚至更冷了。

3.“the+比较级...，the+比较级...”表示“越……，就越……”。

The more fruit you eat, the healthier you are. 你吃的水果越多，你就越健康。

4.“比较级+and+比较级”，表示“越来越……”。

注意：若比较级是在原级前加more构成的，则用“more and more+原级”表示“越来越……”。

Our city is being more and more beautiful. 我们的城市变得越来越漂亮了。

5.表示两者之间进行选择时，用句型：Which/Who+be+比较级，A or B?。

Which is nearer to the sun, the moon or the earth? 哪个离太阳更近，月亮还是地球？
6.表示两者之间较……的一个（of the two）时，常用the+比较级结构。

He is the thinner of the two.他是两个中较瘦的那个。

7.表示几倍于……时，用倍数+比较级+than表示。

This river is almost twice longer than the that river.长江大概比珠江长两倍。
