Housing problem is closely related to population. The problem is most strongly felt in Beijing. The cause of housing problem are complex, many factors are involved.
First, rapidly increased population in Beijing makes the housing shortage has become more obvious than ever. Many old houses were knocked down to make room for the new apartment buildings. High-rise buildings have continued to increase. However, the supply of residential land still cannot meet the needs of population growth.
Second, people look forward to the big house. For example, although many students do not have places to live, but they hope to get a good opportunity to realize their dreams, so they choose to stay in Beijing. All these factors have led to housing pressure.
Another reason for rising house prices is open loan under the competition of the bank.
In the past, if the developer can not afford the loan, he will face bankruptcy; But now banking reform allows ICBC, Agricultural Bank, Construction Bank, Bank to operate independently. Developers loans from another bank to fill the lack of his repayment. This created a new and greater hidden danger. So the rising of housing price comes up. But house prices can not come down, because if the prices down, the bank's money not being paid back.
There have been many suggested solutions to this problem. And I'm in favour of the idea of building satellite cities nearby. With many people leaving beijing, more space will be available for those remaining. People who lives in satellite citis can also lives a good lives. We can find a lot of successful examples in other countries which solve the housing problem by building satellite cities.
Solving the housing problems is not easy task,the central government must conduct practical measures to avoid soaring price. We have to improve the laws to prohibit the market speculation from happening and handle the supply-need chain properly.

我们必须改善这种情况发生的法律,禁止市场投机和处理供应链的正常需要。
